    Im surprised at the precarity of their equipment. Those squat racks seem not really meant for such high level usage, and there's no back extensions bench. Yet, amazing athletes

    It just seems that way, but everything that they use and the way they use it is next level. Back extension bench puts too much pressure on the joints and the spine.

    Those squat stands look pretty good to me. Stands are typically rated to at least 350 kg. Most quality ones are tested to 450+ kg. But you'll rarely see any full/half power racks in a traditional weightlifting gym. It's much more cost- and space-efficient to pull stands onto the platform when it's time to squat.

    @@chepesantacruz777 wouldn't doing abdominal muscle work for the sake of fixing oblique or rectus abdominis weakness be overated then? And if so why does it help these athletes? Isolation exercises are useful to Olympic weightlifters in regard to the added benefits from that exercise. Ex: someone had a weak over head due to weak core and back. Now after months of core and back ext. They are now able to overhead squat with ease and better form even at maximal weights.

    You mean the one at 9:10 ? Thats a great exercise tbh, but do smaller steps with your feet wide apart to keep the tension. Also focus on your knees, if they fall to the inside choose a different band or narrow down your stance a bit.

    It’s a callous built up from holding the front rack position, so from catching the bar in a clean, front squatting, etc. i think people have said it’s from an uneven collar bone, hence only one side having it

    That's a weightlifting belt. A wide one is obstructive in the movements. So even for squats they use tapered belts because that's what they're used to brace with.

    đcm kiểu khét vcl =)))) khởi động của ng ta chắc bằng mình tập rất nhiều năm trời ms đc mức đấy, đẩy vai overhead thì thôi phải nói là đỉnh của chóp luôn ạ
