BAKED PLUM TOAST
Ingredients:
Egg 1 (4 toasts)
Full Fat Milk 1/3 cup
Sugar 1-2 tbsps
Vanilla Essence 1/4 tsp
Mix all the ingredients well
4 bread slices
Sliced Plums
1 tsp butter for each toast
Coat bread slices with egg batter , place sliced plum over bread then sprinkle some more sugar and place butter cubes on each slice
Bake in preheated oven for
15 - 20 mins at 180 C
Toppings:
Icing sugar
Honey or maple syrup
Almonds
Nutella and chocolate chips
Whipped cream
