@@MetallicD3ath Simple, the consent would be in the form of a handwritten document stating when and for what purpose the mail opening would occur. For example, if I were to write on a piece of paper, "I hereby grant my neighbor, (neighbor's legal name), to open, read, and communicate the contents of any and all envelopes, parcels, and other pieces of mail to me from May 15th to May 21st, the days of which I will be away on a business trip in (city)." It doesn't have to be quite that verbose, but you get the idea.

A lot of people overlook the Market Penguins and how they're a criminal organization plotting to kill Harper this whole chapter. The penguins at 3:12 and 3:32 are definitely members. Since Herringvai is Harper's friend, it makes sense that he would be killing them.

Seeing the Frog City sign, I was reminded of one bit I don't think we've seen in these highlights : one message about Mario escaping prison and ending with "By the way, we see you!", from a bunch of cops, I believe. This story has everything x)

Yeah and then cop kent blocking mario later down the road. That combined with fatguy's impeccable timing of "law enforcement was exhausted" made for an interesting story.

Back in the prologue, Lewis tells Mario to go away. What he failed to realize is that Mario had not unlocked the stellar power to do that yet.
