Back to School CHICKEN CHEESE SANDWICH for kids lunch is a very quick and easy recipe and the best option for kids lunch box, that can be made ahead of time and even taste better when serve cold, all the ingredients are easy substitutable according to yours kid's taste.
These sandwiches can also be enjoyed as starter food on any occasion or Hi Tea.
INGREDIENTS:
WATER 1 CUP
BONELESS CHICKEN 25O gms
SALT 1 tsp
SOYA SAUCE 1 tbsp
1 GARLIC CLOVE
add all ingredients in sauce pan , cover and simmer
until chicken is done
when cooked, take chicken out and
save broth for later use
Now shred the chicken and add
GREEN BELL PEPPER 1 tbsp
RED BELL PEPPER 1 tbsp
BLACK OLIVES CHOPPED 1 tbsp
corns 2 tbsp
Cream Cheese 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
salt is optional
Combine all ingredients to make a tasty filling
Then spread the filling on toasted bread slices (cut from the edges)
make a sandwich and enjoy.
