The care, the gentleness, the loving habitat, everything you did for this little baby will not just go without a reward. How you treat animals shows the kind of person you are. The nurture till the point of independence is just absolutely wonderful. Thanks a lott

Seeing Budi in so much discomfort and pain eight years ago broke my heart into a million little pieces! This is the reward so many of us have waited for! Hooray for Budi!!!

I will never I mean ever be surprised with human greed taking these babies more than 99% of the time killing the moms and then putting them in horrible conditions. Thank you to these heroes for helping this sweet baby ❤❤❤❤❤

omg, It's Budi!! Happy tears are flowing. I didn't think this day would ever come. Been following his story from day one, and am proud to be one of his many "adopters". I'm beyond happy for Budi to finally be free. What an amazing job IAR has done with him and all their rescues. Congratulations, Budi and his whole team. Best day ever!

I remember that video of Budi when he was rescued and was so sick and in pain. Now 8 years later I can see him grown and thriving. That’s a wonderful experience for me. Wishing him many happy years with his new family.

This brings tears to my eyes and breaks my heart to see the fear and pain this poor little orangutan is going through. How could anyone be ok with this baby so much like a human knowing the mother was probably killed and they want it as a pet. That disgusts me. I am so glad he was rescued and taken care of so lovingly and thrived.

Have seen Budi on other channels; he was such a rascal in forest school. So happy for his amazing success story!

Budi is so special. He was more than likely teetering on the verge when he was turned over. It was heartbreaking to hear him cry at the smallest little movement. But he has the heart of a lion and didn't give up. There are so many of these orangs that I love and admire, but Budi is so very special. I love to see him all grown up and would love to see video of a known offspring at some point. That would be the icing on the cake.

This is an AWESOME new beginning for this precious orangutan! Blessings to ALL who helped him realize his dream!!! ⭐💖🙏

My students have been donating to the Orangutan Foundation International for years and we have been tracking Budis progress since he was first rescued and could not even really move. The work these people are doing is amazing and they need all the support they can get. Whether OFI or another charity please consider donating to these amazing human relatives that are suffering mostly due to corrupt and greedy corporations destroying their forests for PALM OIL (although Budi was rescued from the illegal pet trade). Keep up the amazing work and lets make the world a better place for all the living things that call the Earth their "home"!

The beautiful Budi, happy, healthy, and free. Thank you for your love, patience, and compassionate care for him. We should all be this way with God's children. ❤

Seeing Budi thrive in his natural habitat is exactly why I am so passionate about orangutan 🦧 conservation. ❤

When they found this little guy he was in bad shape. His foster moms and dads did an amazing job rehabilitating him so he could have an orangutan life. How awesome is that. Look at him go!!! I'm literally crying right now.

Orangutans are so endangered, about 50,000 left in the wild. Their intelligence and emotions always astound me. They're endlessly fascinating. So Thank You! From baby to adult you saved this one's life. I can't even express how grateful and happy for what you did!

I love orangutans. I call it the sort of saucer like face that they have ,which just makes me smile . And I love to laugh at them act silly and really just take on their own style of humor . Glad this lil buddy got the healing hands he needed! There are still good people in this world I see❤

Often I see replays of the original video when Budi first came in...in so much pain. My heart broke...I could not watch it again. As years passed, I was so hopeful that he had recovered...and seeing this is wonderful! Triumph over evil is a great thing.
