Aylsham Navigation canoe trail - part three. Buxton Mill to Coltishall Common

Andy Tidy continues his canoe trip down the River Bure in Norfolk, following the course of the Aylsham Navigation. This video looks at the waterway between Buxton Lock and Coltishall Common, taking in its' origins, operations and dramatic demise. In addition Andy's provides his personal reflections from his time on the river in the 1970's.

    Great again Andy , that farmer should have put up warning notices. It would have been in his interest to keep them up to stop people purloining his strawberries.
