AWESOME REAL Minimally Invasive No Drilling Cavity Removal + Filling & Sealant in HIGH DEF

In this video, I share the REAL process of conservatively treating cavities with a minimally invasive approach using Air Abrasion preparation instead of drilling. Other videos are using FAKE teeth for demonstration, but this is a real clinical procedure performed on my poor little girlfriend...and she is OBSESSED with the results. Both teeth were treated with Air Abrasion instead of drilling to keep the tooth removal to the absolute minimum. Air abrasion is sort of like sand-blasting with small particles.
My treatment approach is known as Biomimetic dentistry. The tooth on the far left was restored with a composite filling, and the tooth to the right received a seamless resin sealant. No girlfriends were harmed in the making.
Watch all the steps involved in the process for this REAL "simple" filling, or use the chapters below to jump to any section.

If it has strong adhesion and seal, it will last. This comes down to provider, materials, and technique. You need the best of all three for best results!

What is the lifespan of a natural tooth? It should be a lifetime without problems Teeth and fillings will last longer in good conditions. A good filling and good patient can easily result in 20-30 years of success , and maybe even longer. Dentistry is a service and the longevity depends on the quality + the patient.

Lol stop spouting nonsense. Studies show composites last approximately 8 years. Your filling is no different than anyone else's.

Nonsense? Its literally fact: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/16417916/. 82% survival at 10 years and this is not even optimal conditions. If you are a dentist, way to hold the profession back. If you are a patient, stay in your lane and stop talking BS.

@BiomimeticDentistry it's fact cos you pull up a random study from 2007 which is not a randomised clinical trial but a retrospective clinical study which is one of the lowest forms of evidence? Stop trying to pull the wool over patients eyes by saying your composites will last 30 years. Just fantasy.
