Bro, next time buy one of those Paper towel Holder stand upright thingy that looks like that wagon viscous shaft so next time when you service those plates.. you just slip on it 1 by 1 as you clean so it's in the same order including all the clips between each plate.

Dana that last thick clip you put in on the top of that viscus kinda looked like it wasnt in completely you may want to take it out and clean that ring land for it to set in the whole way , i would take the clip itself and waybe sand it till its got rid of the corrosion on the clip maybe im wrong just checking bro i would hate for you to screw up on that coupler

I asked this question before on previous videos, what is the point of the viscous coupler? why can't you run a straight drive shaft like any other rear-wheel drive car? My wife's all-wheel drive Nissan has no viscous coupler. Please bear with me I'm not a Honda guy.
