Another great video. Just purchased a decal for my workbench! Tip for cutting thick metal for brackets and stuff. Buy a portaband and either make or buy a stand for it. Turns it into a mini cutting metal bandsaw. I've had one for years now and make rear disc conversion kits for the Mirage guys.

If you buy rear brake pads from autozone, don't buy the $20 duralast. The $35 duralast golds are good, they grip hard when cold, and don't make any noise. The $20 Duralast pads squeal something fierce. Just my $0.02 from my rear-disk brake conversion on my Civic.

Hey man I’m really stuck and I need your help. NOT AN AWD QUESTION. I’m doing a rear disc conversion on my 1990 DX Sedan. I went to the junk yard and paid $250 for Rear trailing arms from a 1991 Integra GS. The car had ABS so I couldn’t grab a non abs 40/40 prop valve, I have to get that off eBay. My question to you is… I wanted to use non abs brake calipers, can I bolt on calipers from a 90 Integra RS (non-abs). Is that a direct fit? Can I just buy the calipers brackets and calipers from autozone from a 90’ RS? 2nd Question: I have the e-brake cables from the 91 GS, but they are kinda shot. What e-brake cables should I get if I wanted to get new ones? Thanks - Dylan

YO if you go on facebook honda crv rd1 market place and there is a guy who is selling some brackets to convert drums to disc go take a look maybe you can use some ideas from those
