yes i know i could just order a polished Tube or Pipe!!!
I just wanted to try it out :) And i know the last 10cm are not get polished.
The Baltsnder - • DIY Mulifunctional Bel...
The Welding Turn Table - • DIY Welding Turn Table...
Its not a full automatic polishing machine you allways have to change the belts from the beltsander from coarse to fine but its runs automaticly back and forth. To fine out how it works, it took me a bit time.
All the wheels are from Inlineskates.
The Tube size is 40x1,5mm, I used it bacause i need that polished Tube for a future Project :)
Hope you get inspird for some simular project or so....
If you liked it dont forget to give me a thumps up or subscription
Take care Dirk

🔴 What Is Islam? ⚠️ 🔴 Islam is not just another religion. 🔵 It is the same message preached by Moses, Jesus and Abraham. 🔴 Islam literally means ‘submission to God’ and it teaches us to have a direct relationship with God. 🔵 It reminds us that since God created us, no one should be worshipped except God alone. 🔴 It also teaches that God is nothing like a human being or like anything that we can imagine. 🌍 The concept of God is summarized in the Quran as: 📖 { “Say, He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He does not give birth, nor was He born, and there is nothing like Him.”} (Quran 112:1-4)[4] 📚 🔴 Becoming a Muslim is not turning your back to Jesus. 🔵 Rather it’s going back to the original teachings of Jesus and obeying him.
Alter, Mega genial!

I watch a lot of these videos and i always think how cool it would be to have a magnetic strip under the floor making passes in a direction towards a collection bin for the iron fillings. If you can keep the operating cost and the initial capital to build it low, then you might be able to make money off it. As apposed to throwing iron in the trash. Technically you would be recycling at that point, which has a lot of hidden advantages.

Your ingenuity never seases to amaze me! The way that all your custom made tools are built to work together is impressive. Do you plan this ahead or is it something that just happenes as you are fabricating? Compared to other fabrication channels on KZread you do little measuring. Do you measure and check for square/angels off camera, or is your eyesight so good that you dont need to measure?

Thank you 😁 most of the time i plan a project and than i notice that i am missing a Tool or so. And that i just plan that project at first! Most of the time i build simple things, they don't have to be 100% on point +/-0,5mm. before I press record I check everything if it fits and i don't want to Show every little details to keep it so short as possible.

@11:19 I think my brain exploded .. genius! Brilliant addition to the beltsander. By the way, the blue pads you were using to round corners - I assume that's a pad on a backer; what backer do you use? I've been meaning to get one for a while and there's a bewildering array - easy to pick if you're looking at them in person but that's more difficult these days!

@@TheMetalist okay, seid 18 Jahren?
@TheMetalist
