So, wait, what are the other citrus fruit shown used for? they look like little grapefruit. Im really looking forward to making this and putting it on the pomelo prawn salad recipe you posted! Thanks!

+Tim Evans The other citrus fruit shown are actually limes. Here in Vietnam we have green limes and pinkish yellow limes that you saw in the video and they taste basically the same. I'm so glad you're trying out my recipe. If you have a chance, please let me know how it turns out. I'd love to hear!

Hello. I've been working on my website update so it's not showing properly now. For this recipe in this video you'll need: 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon fish sauce. Mix well and add minced garlic and chili to taste.

Hi, the fruits in the video are limes. They are a specialty from a Vietnamese Northern province. They do look like grapefruit because of the pink color. You can use regular limes or lemons though. This recipe calls for 1.5 tablespoons lime juice or lemon juice. Hope that helps.

Never mind this obviously professional hack! There are those of who appreciate seeing those little details so that we can teach the basics to our children and their future generations…people need to keep learning…instant gratification leads to lame brain comments like the one earlier…
