Narcissism is more than just a big ego; it's a deeply ingrained pattern that affects relationships profoundly. From grandiosity and entitlement to manipulation and gaslighting, understanding these traits is crucial. Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) involves a chronic pattern of grandiosity, lack of empathy, and a need for excessive admiration.
🌱 Stoicism teaches us to focus on what we can control: our thoughts, actions, and reactions. As Marcus Aurelius said, "You have power over your mind, not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength." By recognizing these toxic patterns without letting them disturb your inner peace, you can navigate these relationships with grace and resilience.
We’ll cover:
- Lack of empathy: Cultivate emotional resilience
- Grandiosity and entitlement: Practice humility and self-awareness
- Manipulation and gaslighting: Set clear boundaries
- Inconsistency and future-faking: Focus on your actions and values
- Emotional exploitation: Maintain integrity and reduce dependency
- Blame-shifting: Accept what you cannot change and focus on your own actions
- Isolation and alienation: Build supportive networks
Together, let's use Stoic wisdom to maintain our peace and integrity, no matter the challenges we face. 💪✨

Interesting video. My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and can’t stop thinking about her.

It's good to vent my friend. talking about what you feel is therapy. What we want is not always the best. Our destiny is a magic box, a magic that is often beautiful and mysterious. I always take my thoughts and fears, my happiness and fears, to God. With God in our hearts and our heads on straight, we always find answers and solutions. Rest assured, at the end of the storm there always comes calm.
