Anyone else notice Sechenov was also cut off in the recording when he talked about P-3's surgery? He almost sounded like he didn't want to use the Voskhod on P-3 at all and after that segment P-3 goes into limbo despite not knowing P-3 was after him (assuming you chose to fight the twins), it would've made more sense to keep P-3 in limbo till the project was done and have him dispatch things that way if Sechenov wanted have complete control of him but he didn't from how the recording ended about the surgery and in his speech patterns as well. He genuinely spoke like he cared and the look in his eyes after he was shot by P-3. Take this with a grain of salt this is how I saw it after so much doubt was thrown at me that the abrupt sounding end of the recording may mean nothing at all.

That moment when you keep trying to gun down the Plyusch even though Charles says guns are ineffective against it

He figured out that sechenovs plan is hot wiring everyone's brain under his control and using a sleeper agent robot army, that's supervillainy stuff. After learning that with his information, the fact that his wife is the twins, and the game itself explaining how what the ruling party is detestable, you think Charles would still stand his ground and fight instead of basically throwing his hands up in the air and retiring to the tropics. As it stands, for me the "good" ending is a joke ending that shouldve happened at the start of the game, when you haven't invested much time in it and can start over fairly well, Not 2 thirds of the way in, wasting your time with an easy out. There could've been an entire part of the game where Charles could have fought back, you'd have to be smarter and more careful since you don't have the fancy tech any more, but that would have strengthened the idea of an individual making a choice and difference against a villain who over relies on tech and wants to make himself a leading consciousness of a non-consensual hive mind

@@Bruh-td7ex makes sense his opinion, since no matter what you choose, the world and P3 are f*cked anyway since: - If you side with Charliton, Sechenov dies, P3 mind it's locked in the Limbo with what's left of P3's wife mind and Charliton it's gonna continues with his plan to destroy mankind and replace her with a new life form; - If you decide to tell to everyone go f*ck themselfs, remove Charles and P3 go away to live his life, Sechenov it's gonna sell robots to the rest of the world, launch the Kollektiv 2.0, than use the worldwide activation of the mind control; P3 couldn't have a 3rd option of removing Charles and stopping Sechenov since he doesn't has the technologycal knowledge to know what else Sechenov prepared in the Kollektive 2.0, neither Zina, since she's a spy not a scientist, and his two other options commited suicide and he killed the other one while controlled by Charles The truth is... the game was rigged from the start

This game really took advantage of the uncany-ness of human robots

The "Bad ending" is playing on the fact that the Machine is right, we are too narrow minded to see that our extinction in the long run is better for future life of the planet, and that by wanting to continue indefinitely we selfishly take that away, hence it being a "bad ending".
