I agree- Vincent dutrait is one of the best board game illustrators ever (In my opinion).

I missed the kickstarter and theyre sold out on their page so i cant really get the game :( im really glad i cant at least watch it played so thank you for the video!

Can you actually use the actions on the components before they are built? I would have assumed you need to pay for them first and then can use them once they're flipped to the blue side.

Lusankya the Artificer has the ability.and the game recommends you play with an Artificer for your first play

Does the game play well at 2 players? This would be the only configuration I play it.

I think so! They have new rules that are much better for player scale then the original

I have this game. I bought it based on the stellar reviews. However in our experience, it does not scale for one or 2 players, if you don't have the followers, you can't win, the robot and hologram are OK but they don't make up for followers. In a 3 or 4 player game it's much more balanced; in a 3-player game you have 21 followers, versus 8 and a +2 droid in the solo. Now, I know coops are meant to be difficult - you don't want to beat the game in the first play through. This one is difficult for just one reason that destroyed the game for my group. No matter how cunning your strategy, if you don't throw the right number on the die, that's it. If you aren't building at least one component a turn, you've got problems. We've had games where no resources were harvested from the wilds, all the dice throws were missed. We had to commit ever increasing numbers of followers to the wilds to improve the chances. It's less Euro-game and more dice-chucker (for us). Shame. Excellent video though.

@@michaelhill6453 just a note that the designer created new true solo rules as part of the recent KS campaign, and it looks like they should scale better (though that won't improve 2-player) - MIke
