Here I modify my 125 cases for the 144 cylinder / piston, clean up the power valves and get the engine back in the bike.
Жүктеу.....

Do you think I could install a newer yz big bore kit (2005-2021) to a 1996 yz 125

Do you know if the process is the same for the 85 to 112 kit?

any issue of filling it with silicone instead of tape and playdo, once its dry just rip the whole lot out

Sounds like that would work but I have not tried it. Basically anything that will seal it up and then come back out without leaving a mess or working its way into the crank/bearings will do the trick.

Do you absoloutely have to do this??? I've been seeing a lot od videos of what seems like people not doing this, just putting the piston on and cylinder. ???

On the Athena website it specifically says “This cylinder kit can be installed without making any changes to the engine crankcase.” I don’t know exactly why he cut that thing up😅

What is the ring end gap supposed to be, I also put a big bore on my 125 but I think I made the gap way to big because it burns engine oil like crazy
