A man on a great journey approaching the summit of his journey. How will he return to the ground? Always gives me shivers and I think never actually playing Revelations adds to the allure

Revelations Ezio's cloak is, no doubt, my favorite Assassin's Creed outfit in the entire series. With all the respect Altair deserves... the dark blueish color feels like it's night time in Ezio's life. He's grown so much older, wiser, and became a complete badass veteran. Indeed, this is the best cloak by far due to all that represents for Ezio Auditore.

Man this is still one of the most amazing trailers I’ve ever seen. Used to just watch this over and over again. Love how even though Ezio was aging he still was the deadliest man in any situation. Make no mistake, he would have killed every person there if he hadn’t seen Altaïr.

I miss Ezio so hard...

@@Crazyfreak424 yeah,the mechanics are mostly the same which I’m completely fine with,since it was good already anyways in ACB.But I just loved the way istanbul looked with its warm and colourful world compared to Rome‘s rather tipical for that time lifeless look.Rome in general is a more interesting set place but the fact,that this game and ACR came out in the (no colour = more realtistic) generation just destroyed the visuals for me,where as ACR looks amazing.Idk,maybe it‘s because I played both on my ps3,and we all know how horrible some ubisoft games looked on 7th gen.

In terms of story arc, this game was the absolute high point for AC franchise and it gave us closure with that Altair-Ezio meetup at the end. Newer versions don't even come close.

Something I tell myself is that my life is a chapter in someone’s story and if it went missing it would depend on how my big my chapter is to them and how much it matters in their story.

Ezio was the best. I grew up with this Character and still love him, i would wish we get another Part of Ezio

Well, there is Assassin's Creed Nexus now (VR, meta quest only (ffs)). Played it a bit, not that good tho imo. Still, hearing Ezio alone = 💯

In my opinion, this is still the greatest Assassin's Creed trailer ever made. Still gives me goosebumps.

I had a renaissance this quarantine. My love for AC sparked all over again after six years

man I'll watch the trailer in 2021 and cry after the time. the series was my youth and now it is nothing more of what I loved so much! one of the best game trailers ever

There hasn’t been a game trailer as awesome as this one. Amazing when he goes ham on an entire army then walks along side Altair. Amazing trailer!

in gameplay therms hes the same. but in story everyone remembers him how much slower he got with time. so, no, far from 25. more like 37 or something like that. theres a limit from where people can get when older even if youre in shape.

i just rewatch this time over time. even more then a decade later. Beautifull and inspiring!!!

The way ezio kept on fighting regardless the number of those that surround him gives me so much motivation.

Ezio is actually one of those characters that got a great ending to his story. Same with Altair. Maybe the next installment of AC (after Odyssey) will start building a character again from the ground up. I think after all the short stories (Conor, Edward, Kassandra, Evie, Arno, Jacob, Bayek, Shay etc.) it's time for a new *Legendary* Assassin to be introduced. One who's story will impact more than one game. Just like Ezio Altair and Desmond.

I feel like Arno had this potential but they fucked it up at some point. Hopefuly they will go back to what made AC so great and with a real soul! For that I hope they take time needed to make a great game and don't rush it because Ubisoft demands it...

even after 11 years, tis part 2:11 gives me chills

I've never even played one of these games but the moment at 1:37 when the main character sees the ghost is so epic, it gave me chills
