A significant rise in tensions between Russia and Ukraine in recent weeks is prompting fears of a revival of the military conflict.
Ukraine and Russia issued statements Tuesday noting the worsening of a conflict that has been on a low simmer for years, with countless cease-fires.
The soldiers’ deaths, along with a buildup of Russian forces on the border, has seized the attention of senior American officials in Europe and Washington. In the past week, the U.S. military’s European Command raised its watch level from possible crisis to potential imminent crisis - the highest level - in response to the deployment of the additional Russian troops.

It is unlikely that this will be possible to do on a large scale. We (Ukrainian nationalists) do not care what the Russians say. Vanya from Russia will call us fascists and traitors (although it was they who attacked us first) and will probably try to show how good and strong he is to Americans and Europeans. But who cares?

Actually, Ukrainians are just mix of Russians and Poles. Almost all words that are different from Russian in Ukrainian are Polish origins. Even the name of their country (Ukraine) means "Borderland" in Russian, Ukrainian and Polish languages. The old name of their country - Malaya Rus', Malorossiya (small Rus', small Russia). So basically it's a civil war btw Eastern Russians (who didn't forget their roots and the fact that they are Russians) and western Russians (Ukrainians) that had forgotten. Ukrainian had been recognized as a separate language (not a dialect) and Ukrainians as a separate people (not sub-ethnos) only in 1907 in the Russian Imperial Academy. Before 1907 the existence of a separate Ukrainian language and people were not obvious even for professional linguists, Slavists, and etnographs.

Yep and the ambush scence at start of the movie almost similar to when Russian troops tried to capture Kiev at start of the invasion. The ambushes caused the Russians to go slow and in the end they failed to capture Kiev. But now the war is a stalemate with only the south and east a battle ground at the moment.

Back in 2014, there was a chance that a war between Russia and Ukraine would start in Ukraine, and now it happened in 2022. Many say that Russian soldiers fought on the side of the Republics, but this is not true at all, they were volunteers or mercenaries from Russia, as the OSCE has never noted that Russian soldiers are fighting in Ukraine until February 24, 2022

Авангард всу отступил с передней линии и заманил их в город, затем артой добили и с флангов. Итоги куча сепарского мяса умерло. Не веришь дончанину, посмотри сепарские видео. Марьинка осталась за ВСУ. Ещё пару дней зачистки шли, находили по одиночке сепаров в городе прятались . ВСУ после всего передвинули первую линию вперёд на пару сотен метров.
