HOW GERMANS BRUTALLY CRUSHED REBELLION - WARSAW UPRISING - CINEMATIC FILM

Ойындар

Another long-requested epic cinematics has arrived. Inspired by real events, the Warsaw Uprising was the largest military resistance movement during WW2. The Germans used everything to suppress the Polish Home Army's heroic rebellion, bringing total destruction to the city, with the help of Wunderwaffe like Karl Gerat and Sturmtiger.
These events took a year after the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising when Jewish resistance was defeated. As a result of both events, the city and its civilians were largely wiped out. A few months later, the Soviets liberated Warsaw, which they decided not to do during the uprising.
That said if you enjoy epic short film then don't forget to leave a LIKE! Gates of Hell Ostfront game.

hetzers and stug iii were mass produced armored vehicles at this point of war since they were cheap to make and stug iii proved itself to be reliable, that's why they appeared in warsaw unfortunately for us, germans decided to use some of the heaviest stuff they had under their hand Sturmtigers, heavy mortars (karl, thor if I am not wrong), brummbar (15cm), some goliaths and obviously stukas and since polish home army did't have any counter measures germans could fire insolently from the same spot over the span of few days even if it was 2-3 kilometres away

The worst part of this is the fact that the Soviets stopped at the Wisła (Vistula) River, and just let the slaughter happen. As an American of Polish blood, my blood boils at that fact.

Well is not really true, the fact is soviets and polish forces tried to cross Vistula but bc of they sloppiness and lack of proper landing equipment they were exterminated by germans also in 44 german forces in Warsaw were still strong enough to fight off stalin’s army it was literally the strongest and most entrenched army group composed of eastern front veterans while polish and soviets troops never even trained the landing operation like that

Soviets didnt stop on purpose! The soviet operation bagration begginind in june/july 1944 in eastern Bellorussia, had broken the german army group center, and isolated the army group north. They swiftly advanced through Bellorussia and eastern poland, but due to their extended logistics, and overstreched lines, their offensive was abruptly halted upon hitting heavy german resistance, since Hitler himself determined that Warsaw shall not be lost, thus sent a lot of his reserves, on of them being the infamous SS Fanlschirm-Panzer Division Hermann Goering (same unit that fought in Sicily and Monte Cassino). thats why they couldnt reach Warsaw in time.

It was even more difficult for Polish fighters cause German military all the time hold some strategic strongpoints inside Warsaw 1944 and Insurrection résistance troops didn't have heavy arms so failed to capture strongly défended bridges. Résistance captured however most résidentiel areas and hold in shrinking territory for 2 monts. Sorry for lots of civilian casualties. Germans expelled remenants people and burnt thé Citya which is shown in " Pianiste " film.

Its more complicated than that They stopped at the Vistula River, as the Home Army is pretty much a sponsor of the Polish government in exile, which they broke down ties with and the Soviets have their own Polish Army and a few Polish communist resistance groups (probably) The Uprising succeeding will interfere with Stalin's plans for Poland (as in colonization) after the war since, the Home Army is anti-commie But yeah, theyre also exhausted after Bagration too (which is the situation you mentioned)

Thanks to them, the Soviets had an easier time absorbing Poland into their empire. Also, this is a scenario, so this probably isn't completely true to the historical battle. After all, I doubt the Poles were able to get their hands on German tanks and stuff. But I may be wrong. But the scenario's pretty fun. 😉
