    I'm recovering from C-19. 90 days later still tired.. My arms and legs are so weak but we cannot do exercise.. Already fatigue.. Need to do something to strengthen my army legs back I think this might help..

    The last stretch exercise i feel a bit of pain. Even when i dont force it.. how do i work with that? And actually when I do it my body feels twisted?. What does that mean?

    Pls help me i tried this today as I'm generally so so weak..especially upper body..but I just did the wall touching one without bottle. I feel such tightness in my neck all sudden like I cant breath ..its uncomfortable n bit painful...I hve so much weakness n muscle problems

    I have been facing problems with weakness of hands, muscle movements for more than a year. For this I consulted various allopathic hospitals. After testing confirmed my disease and told me that there is no cure for this and asked me to continue medicines.on following their prescribed herbal formulations and SEASONAL REGIMEN as per ayurveda..symptoms reduced.i really thank them for posting lovely blogs and diet charts After 3 months of treatment, I felt 50 %relieved. :)

    I can carry about 50 lbs no proble but was wondering y I could hold things above my head for too long. Thx for the exercise I didn't realize I had muscle weakness
