@@BuddysDIY that arm is nowhere near 21 inch. and some guys can easily grow arms. i have 20 inch arms at like 10-12% bodyfat and i never took shit, however i lifted for 15 years. after the first year i had 17 inch arms or so. even when i did not lift they were rather big. it took me like 8-10 years to hit 20 inches. 8-10 years of lifting 4-5 times per week that is + proper diet with food prep every week (or most weeks). this is what people don't seem to get... hard work pays off, however most guys can't wait

For sure. Some people also don't know much and assume any guy with 17 inch arms are on gear. When I was 21, I would lift religiously. Sleep a minimum of 12 hours, took in like 250 grams of protein per day, took through USP Labs stack, but I wasn't on steroids and many people in the gym thought I was juicing. Granted, the biggest my arms got was 18.75 inches but I'm only 5"9, so maybe that created the illusion that my arms were bigger.

Right. Side effects don’t always take shape quickly. Like everything when it comes to physiology and psychology, things happen very systemically. A lot of these products that come out year after year are still in the trial phase. People are just so eager to get jacked for whatever reason. I hate those standards society holds over us. I love looking and feeling treat though. I’m not mad at’em! Kudos and God bless them on their journey. I wish them all the best.

But anabolic steroids are illegal and classified as a schedule III drug in the USA. And don't bring up the few anabolics that can be prescribed by a doctor. They won't ever prescribe it to a bodybuilder that already has a ton of muscle. Even those mens health clinics that prescribed test for trt. If you come in jacked and on low T levels, they'll only rx you the minimal amount to bring your t up to normal. The other few anabolics used to be prescribed back in the day for patients with muscle wasting and appetite suppressing type diseases like HIV, cancers, etc. Not so much anymore. But the point is, anabolic steroids are schedule III drugs in the US and is illegal for use, sell or possession. Just having a 3-4 bottles of anabolic steroids would be enough for a felony charge. Its basically what Cbum's sister is dealing with right now, but she was trying to bring in a lot through the mail smh 🤦🏽

The honesty is soooo refreshing. Body builders should be honest and open about being on gear and the side effects. Really if more people were honest and open about it we could really see a change in competition to make it safer. Like most said it’s about regulating your levels. You can’t just hammer dball all day till your nuts shrivel off. If you watch your levels and have your hormones tested regularly you can mitigate a lot off the bad side effects. The caveat is just like any drug you take there ARE side effects. Everything in moderation!

Tiny local gym I used to go around to as a kid from around 2007-2010 in Derbyshire was filled with a group of lads in their 20s who had got it into their heads that they needed to take steds and get as huge as possible. It was such a random small gym but this group of around 10 guys were absolutely huge. Theyd be buying and selling in the locker room and I remember hearing one of them talk about how you could feel the chemicals pump through their your bloodstream when you injected it and it gave them a buzz. One in particular was literally the biggest guy I've ever seen in a gym and I've been lifting for around 14 years. He looked so unhealthy even then, swollen red face and hands, hamster cheeks, constantly out of breath. He was also the shyest one and kept himself to himself. Probably suffered from massive self esteem issues. Heard a few years ago he was getting nosebleeds in the gym whilst lifting - and then I heard on the grapevine he literally died in the gym of cardiac arrest last year. No idea how the rest of them are doing, they'll be approaching their 40s now. Not worth it

And respect is becouse it's a touchy subject due to people who are strongly against it and love to bark at them. So yea, in my eyes, that deserves respect, every person I've trained with has openly said- if they needed the edge, steroids would be a great benefit, if used properly. Most people are there and have said they do steroids and so what does the person we are talking about suposto do?
