About Louisa:
Louisa had a wonderfully successful career as a Ballerina for over 10 years while continuing her studies of science of the human body and nutrition at University. She became a certified personal trainer in 2016 where she began training the leading ballerinas in Europe, helping them gain strength, flexibility and confidence. That was the genesis of the TLB method. She retired at the height of her career at 25 to build TLB, train ballerinas and ballet enthusiasts globally d and inspire positive change in the dance industry. TLB evolved form the worlds leading ballerinas and is now available YOU! Combining the beauty of ballet with correct strength and conditioning training to sculpt a lean, defined, powerful body of a ballerina.     i liked how didnt edited it too much and tried to make it perfect looking video like others and showed us the scenes of u trying hard to hold the position as well . 😁😁also the tiny parts of u laughing were vvv fun to watch .😝😝
