Rest adequately and only after recovering fully and ensure to consult your physician before you resume your yoga practice.

    കല്യാണത്തിന് ഒരു 2 കൊല്ലം മുന്നേ സ്റ്റൂളിൽ നിന്ന് ഒന്ന് വീണു അതിന് ശേഷം മുള്ള ബാക്ക് പെയിൻ., കിടക്കുമ്പോ പുറത്ത് ഭയങ്കര വേദന, കൂടുതൽ നടന്നാലോ ഇരിക്കുമ്പോൾ കാല് തൂക്കിയിട്ടാലോ ഭയങ്കര വേദന യും ഉണ്ട്. പ്രതിജ്ഞ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ കൈ നീട്ടിപിടിക്കാറില്ലേ അന്നേരം കയ്യിന്റെ നടുഭാഗം വേദന വരുന്നു. ആക മൊത്തം ഫുൾ ബോഡി പെയിൻ ഉണ്ട്.പ്രെഗ്നന്റ്സി കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോ ശരീരമാകെ വേദന പടർന്ന പോലെ ആണ്. ഹോർമോൺ ചേഞ്ച്‌ കൊണ്ടാണോന്നറിയില്ല മുൻപൊക്കെ ഗ്രീൻ ടീ കുടിച്ചാൽത്തന്നെ മെലിയും ഇപ്പൊ ഒന്നും ഏൽക്കുന്നില്ല. ഫുഡ്‌ കണ്ട്രോൾ ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല. തടി കൂടി വരുന്നു... ഇതൊക്കെ ഒന്ന് മാറ്റണം എന്ന വിചാരിക്കുക അല്ലാതെ മടിയും കൂടെ വരുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് ഒന്നും കംപ്ലിറ്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല. യോഗ ഇതുവരെ ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല. ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്താൽ ഇപ്പോഴുള്ള വേദന ഒക്കെ മാറുമോ.? പ്ലീസ് റിപ്ലൈ സാർ
