@@jordanisabsent7675 not to flex or anything but if I needed to make an estimate maybe around 8-10 hours of building not taking in consideration later playtesting and jank-fixing.

Funny, I remember Dave saying many times "they may take our world record but they will never take our first clear", but based on what Dave said near the end of the video it does seem like some first clears were taken away from Dave. Well, obviously not that anyone claimed them from Dave but rather Dave just lost them.

Same once he said that, and yeah, well if you check on the clear list it will still say that he had the first clear, but it just won't show on the wr screen if someone has the wr. Edit: *Realises that they DELETED their levels, not someone getting a wr*

Personally I don’t mind when a troll level is played in one of these uncleared episodes, as long as there are other levels that were played. I think the issue for some people is when the entire episode is just one troll level. At that point it essentially should just be an episode of the Trolled series.

Bowser definitely has a way cooler basement than I do. All mine has is a spider in my crawl space, a boxed Christmas tree, my wife's wedding dress, and some Lithuanian beer of questionable quality.

I love it when you play uncleared troll levels. Never feel like you shouldn't!

After watching your videos for a while, it inspired me to purchase my own copy of MM2 and motivated me to begin my own adventure of achieving first clears. This was my first day and managed to first clear two expert levels so far! Keep up the fun videos, they are always entertaining!

I don't think he should be selective when choosing levels, the randomness and variety is what makes this series shine, especially when he actually stumbles across like an underrated troll level or something. He could play the most garbage little timmy level one moment, and then a masterpiece that matches the mona Lisa in quality the next.

The peaceful music and background definitely relaxed me.

It's nice watching Dave play those levels by the creators who are disobeying the 8th amendment!

23:24 is when the episode of the trolled series ends and the uncleared levels episode resumes. Like I said the last time this was discussed, I have no problem with you doing uncleared trolls! But it would be better to be an episode of the trolled series with the icing on the cake being that you got a first clear on it. Uncleared levels don't come as often as trolled, and they have their own unique style for us to watch.

I'm fine with you playing uncleared Troll levels... just not if they're done by regular troll creators like this one which met my approval. I like to think the uncleared series should be about highlighting good or bad Makers who are lost into the Endless "void" because the game and Nintendo fail to do so outside of the Hot levels area. Its about discovery, locating unknown level designers and their talents and its about locating those who are worthy not just of a like on their level but a follow from the masses of Mario Lovers.

i enjoy dave not because the theme (uncleared lvl, troll lvl or any theme in this channel) i enjoy dave because dave is the one who play the game. also take care dave, you need to have happy live as you bring smile to many.

The appeal of the uncleared series is seeing a variety of levels in one episode. It’s just not enjoyable watching the same level for half of the video. In my opinion, that’s why troll levels should be kept to the trolled series.

wow... how entitled are you ? lol its just mario maker. who cares what kind of levels he plays. just because YOU dont like seeing the same level over and over doesnt mean thats the rule for everybody. i miss the days of people spending hours trying to conquer a single tough level, rather than just skipping them because 'i dont want to spend more than 10 minutes on a level, where are my handholdy indicators, waaaaa' that is everywhere these days

The DGR guarantee, 60% of the time, it works every time.

Don't apologize for what comes up in the uncleared levels. You don't know what type of levels you get and the purpose is to get the first clear while trying to leave no level uncleared. Though it is fun to see multiple levels as long as you're fulfilling the goal stated at the start of the video most people likely don't mind as long as it's your content. Do as you want and I'll keep on watching.

"You don't know what type of levels you get" yes.... yes he does know. all he is doing is searching by clear rate, he then looks down the list and finds one he wants to play. not just 'start at the top and work your way down' so technically he is cherrypicking the levels. not that i mind, i dont care what he plays

@@Riftweaver1981 ok, not gonna lie would've appreciated a little less snark in your reply as i intended an uplifting message for a creator who's content i appreciate as DGR is one of the few channels i actively watch on KZread and i intended no insult to other watchers, but regardless I mean that's good that you're more tolerant of his content, but my issue is when the idea is getting something off the uncleared board if he can do it I can't understand how that's against what he advertised. I mean maybe he could further edit down the video to make troll levels take less time from the viewers perspective and try to record more levels but I just want to see the man enjoy the game and not get burned out from demands on how he plays the game and sure he can choose, doesn't mean saying no to a level he might have played well get it off any sooner moments in videos I'm excited by are seeing him get the first clear mark so again DGR clearing off levels in the uncleared series, that's what I want to see.
