It's really not jank. When you run over a gap, you dip down into the gap ever so slightly, so you'll end up touching the thing down in the gap.

The tears were the best in this one. So many failures so close to beating the level.

I love the drama in Mason and Daves relationship, they’ve come so far. Sad to hear they had their first fight.

Lol the level isn't called "backwards J". It's the hiragana for "shi" which is also the word for death.

The 'backwards J' is the Japanese hiragana character for 'shi' し and probably whoever titled the level was too lazy to switch it to the kanji version that of what it means, 死 which means death. And considering how many times Dave died, seems appropriate.
