Is everyone missing the point of who killed Jesus,Romans or Jews? Jesus had to die after the fall of Adam and the rest of the human race. God used the Romans and Jews to complete his plan of redemption.

Yes, this is alarming. I am a believer in Christ of Jewish ancestry, and in my life I've had moments with being confronted with antiJudaism because of my ancestry and surname (though, really not much). It's understandable that, with the current onslaught of Jew hatred, someone in Congress would try to come up with a bill that would claim to try to stop it. The problem is that it won't; and our host here is right that it's anti Christian. My ancestors (well, the Jewish ones) were accomplishes in Jesus's execution with the Roman authorities at that time. We should be able to read and espouse publically the portions of the Christian scripture that establish Jewish guilt in the killing of Christ, especially since the men who wrote down these accounts (with the exception of Luke) were Jewish themselves. It's amazingly ironic that a bill meant to stop antisemitism (antiJudaism is actually the correct term) would censor some of the most influential Jewish authors in history, such as the apostle Peter. This is especially ironic when you consider that the Democrats (with the support of many Jewish Americans, and some Republicans) have given billions of dollars to the Iranian regimes which are the principal supporter of Hamas, and are dedicated to the destruction of Israel. Oy vay! As I told my old rabbi before I left to become a Christian: "Rabbi, Israel is often it's own worse enemy. If they really want to stop antisemitism, you should encourage them to take a look in the mirror, and examine themselves. Antisemitism (antiJudaism) actually starts with us!"

The bill literally passed. it still has a ways to go before being a law but it did pass. nothing Click baiting about it. Take a moment and think next time you decide to speak nonsense and falsely accuse someone. Not my fault you dont know how our political system works
