YES! I know. Starving for this type of relationship. It cannot be created by one person. I definitely relate to the insanity of trying to be something you are not and how MISERABLE that can make you. WE HAVE ONE LIFE--WE DESERVE TO LIVE IT OUT LOUD!

I agree. I'm not personally offended by cussing, but many REASONABLE people are offended by cussing. You don't have to please everyone, but swearing during a speech is a good way to alienate a big chunk of your audience.

Man, all these people complaining about Tony's use of profanity. You've got to reach the full spectrum of language and feeling when being expressive. It's like going to see a powerful movie and expecting everything to be politically correct. I respect the guy more for telling it like it is. Those complaining are not open minded or hungry enough to make it big. I curse and get real when discussing success with my brother because we're both hungry optimists and don't accept bullshit from society.

Just don't give up. Often times, it's the subtle and small changes that make a great impact. But I get you, and definitely understand. It's even amazing for me now to realize the internal change/growth i've made thus far...and although my circumstances aren't completely changed and magically different, I'm very happy. So i'll pass on to you the simple words someone told me. "Who cares if someone says no, who cares if you don't always make your goal..KEEP GOING." keep going no matter what happens

I totally get you man. Tony's great but part of my whole "journey" or whatever you'd like to call it was a search for hope and happiness in a way. But what i've learned is that there will always be some sort of opposition in our lives but in the midst of struggle and storms we have to, absolutely have to find balance. I went from homeless, hungry, jobless, depressed to balance..and not through tony either. At some point i found balance through a very small change, and it can happen for you too.

Well, I live alone and I'm happy! Two years living with me and Platon, Charles Dickens, Will Durant, Thomas Edison, Stephen Hawking and much other adorable people. Learning English, Spanish and Italian! But the owesome thing in my simple life is that I don't lie to my wife that I love her. I found the trigger of my passion for life. Thanks Tony. I loved your video about!

That logic reveals a flaw in you, rather than one in Mr. Robbins. A wise person is wise for the wisdom they interpret and apply to their own life. Only the receiver of advice can be wise. A mad-person can sputter flawless truth and still be defined as mad. A person may interpret utter gibberish as a call to greatness and achieve it.

This is super awesome. I related to Robbings talking about how his old girlfried criticizing him for being himself-loud! I like to dance(check out my dance videos on youtube- named 'Brian Mello'. My ex-girl thought I was gay because of the way I danced and my dance interests. I changed for my ex. I was miserable. My relationship wasn't as good as it was before she told me secretly yet openly that she wasn't happy with who I was. I wanted her, so I changed- I no longer danced. we broke up

The main thing is writing out a full list of current values & rules and then revising them to work out the kinks and conflicts (this is in his book Awaken the Giant Within but most ppl don't actually do it, it takes hours and hours). Making a detailed map of goals. 6 Human needs model in depth. Primary questions. And a full day on intimate relationships. If you're into not "into" Tony already those descriptions sound generic, DWD's not for a newbie; better off with a book or maybe a UPW seminar.

Either you weren't ready to receive what Robbins had to offer, or he's not the mentor for you. Never give up! There's nothing wrong with you or anybody else that cannot be fixed or worked around. Whatever your dreams are, hold on to them. Let them obsess you. Don't settle for less. If you do that, the answers you need will find you.

There's a large difference between comparing the advice given, to the results you sew yourself.. Understand that Tony Robbins is no different than any other life coach, philosopher, psychologist, etc.. Nothing works, until "you" change and make it work. In fact, if you are "honestly" placing your unhappiness on someone else's shoulders, that should be your first clue that you have NOT learned what was taught to you.. "YOU" are the only person who can change you.. There are no magical sessions, or strategies, only proven strategies that have been successful for others, which you then take, and customize to fit "you". You may think I am being sub-critical of you, and in fact, I am! But, for your benefit, not simply to attempt to ridicule. Nothing ever comes from ridicule except negative energies. Dr. Wayne Dyer, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Depak Chapra, David Neagle, these are ALL great names associated with people who have found success by listening to their wisdom they share. However, not ONE of those people changed by their words alone. It was a change THEY underwent internally. If you are years down the road and still not "rich" maybe you are focusing on the WRONG things. Maybe, you don't really "believe" you can be rich. Because if you believed you deserved to be, and you had that vision and passion to match, its simple elemental laws of the universe, you would be... Remember, "criticism" that hits home, usually is "good" criticism.... Learning to accept it instead of fighting against it, now that's the challenge!

@nittzzu When giving something away for free, it's not appreciated as much as when you have an investment in it. Unfortunately so many have been programed this way. The value comes not from the experience, but from the knowing you are willing to step out of your comfort zone to invest in yourself, whether it be your time or money. Just remember you can always find a way to get a refund on your money, but, you can never get a refund on your time. It's your choice.

A wise person said: "Profanity is the attempt of a feeble mind to express itself forcefully." Personally I listened to a lot of audio by Anthony but I have never thought: "I wonder why he is not swearing" or I have never thought that swearing would have convey the message in a more impressive way. For me if this video wouldn't contain profanity would be a lot more enjoyable and I would not think twice to share it. If you talk with Anthony in person, you can quote me on this.
