Find Joy and Fulfillment by Giving Your Greatest Gift | Tony Robbins
This important message from Tony in 2012 still rings true today...
On Labor Day, it’s easy to get caught up in barbeques and beach days and soaking up one last bonus day off of the summer...
But what if we could celebrate our labor, instead of only celebrating the absence of if? What if we could see our labor as a GIFT?
See, the most sacred thing in our lives that we can give, besides our love, is our labor.
Your labor is your time, your energy, your emotion, your intellect, your SPIRIT.
When you give your labor, you give yourself.
This Labor Day, ask yourself... how can you find a sense of joy and fulfillment when you offer your skills, talent, and service in the form of labor? How is your work your GIFT to others?
How can you turn labor and work into play? How can you turn your labor into service - into love?
Consider what you can be grateful for this Labor Day - what you can SHARE:
Maybe it’s the labor of your job that allows you to provide for your family...
Maybe it’s your ability to volunteer your time and energy to a cause that you’re passionate about...
Maybe it’s something as simple as taking out the trash so that your partner doesn’t have to worry about it...
Whatever you do - wherever you put your time, energy, emotion, intellect, SPIRIT - consider how you can do it with more love, gratitude and JOY than ever before...
And watch how making that shift changes everything.

Well Said! 😀👍
Dear. Mr Robbins. I came to Ft. Lauderdale Beach one day and got my slippers stolen while I was in the water. I could have bought a pair of slippers but I actually walked barefoot all the way to my car to try to envision life without shoes. My Grandfather built his whole life from making shoes. And it made me take just owning footwear for granted.

I find that most people who get “choked up” and get shivers when they are in this state are the people with grit and soul level clarity...it’s a beautiful thing and state to be an emotional human.😇😌🥳
Tony thank you for your stories, your honesty and your vulnerability. Bless you sir.

I’ve been following Tony for 15 years and never heard this story! Thank you for sharing 🙏
Tony, I put myself out of work (have no pension) - I decided at nearly 60 years of age, I must find a way to live my life in alignment with my true purpose - I want to do the thing that will bring me the greatest satisfaction while at the same time helping others. To state it another way - I want to be able to develop my full potential while at the same time help others develop theirs. the question of how is still not clear. You stated "what will make you feel the most alive" - the truth is I am not sure - I have been trying to figure that out my whole life. And the thing or work that may bring me the greatest satisfaction may also not be entirely in my hands. It may require decisions by others whom I am not able to influence in this regard (I know that might sound confusing). I also just started your course and feel that this may be the way forward for me - but I am struggling to experience passion.

From personal experience Ive found that if Im drinking, its hard to find passion. My lack of trust for connection, and the certainty of connection with the self and others when drinking, made finding other passions hard. I dont know you but not many people lack passion except those that lean on things like alcohol. If thats not the case then you should be able to find memories of something you are passionate about. Might need to go back further.
No one will mention how young Tony looks here at the age of 61? Mind blowing!🙉😳
When I wasn't allowed to work, all before covid, I started volunteering where I was before I got my first job. I started working with the two elderly women I got to know over a couple years and it really helped. I wasn't sick but I wasn't allowed to do my job so I had to wait several months to get a new job in the company. It took 9 months but I got back eventually. Working with the women I became friends with made me feel really happy every week and I would be excited for a Monday to come along so I could go back and work with them again
Thanks Tony ❤️ ✌️ love you
Tony Robin is a great human.
I lost my job during the pandemic I created my KZread channel in faith, believing for myself, you and the rest of the world 🌍

Hey
Tony Tony Tony. How the heck are you? A long time ago, my Company Vandernoord Realty, sent us Realtors to your Seminar in Orlando, FL. That seminar was fantastic. Why? Because out of all the Vandernoord Reality Realtors, I was the only one that walked your coals saying the affirmation "cool moss". Yes yes, of course I didn't feel hot coals. I felt cool ash.with a cool moss affirmation. Also, by the way, I walked out one time because my emotions felt so raw, I had to sit by the lake and contemplate. Your one time paid for lady crew actually came out to check on me as a friend and a psychologist. Please know Tony, we, you, your crew and the Divine, will never let you down, as you have never let us down. We Love You!! Kind Regards, Debra Denslow
Thankyou tony Robbins. You've inspired a lot of people

Thanks Tony Robbins
Always a reason we come across things and people. I and a friend attended one of Tony's events in London 20 years ago. I will never forget I did the fire walk! Whenever I have felt over the years I couldn't do something by connecting with something deep inside, I remember I did that! Needed to see this. Thanks again Tony. Blessings to everyone on here. Know you can do whatever you think you can't 🙏
"Get yourself to love to do the things you hate to do." Avoiding is easier, but not always possible. Maybe getting myself to enjoy these things will change my mind about them. (Except broccoli... I draw a hard line at broccoli. *grin*)
Tony, Jim Rohn has helped shape the new man i have decided to become. Surely you introduced me to his work. I eventually came across a KZread video named Creating an Unshakable Character by Jim Rohn. I am a far better human for it. Becuse i stand guard at the door of my mind every day, It's in my ears continually. If i argue against even part of his philosophy fundamentals i would be wrong. I don't boast about it but i am becoming a man of great service. I could never do this alone. Thank you!
Find a labor of love.❤️
Vocation to be a vacation sounds great. Doing things for your love ones is important
Yes, I agree. I guess we are on the same page. Standing on stage is more fun, and the few times I got to do it, usually in a different role and in front of much fewer people, of course, it was a great thrill, and I did feel it was what I was meant to do. Yet, every time I tried to make it my business, something happened that made it impossible, and I thought maybe it was because I was on stage in the wrong capacity, that what I was really meant to do was teaching, not acting, serving, not looking for significance, only that 20 years ago I just didn't know what personal development was, I had never heard someone like Jim Rohn, being a school teacher didn't seem to be the right for me because I wasn't quite right for the audience. And then I finally did figure it out, and I thought this time surely it would work because I was doing it to serve this time - and then Covid took the audience away just when I started. And yet I do find that even the work I do now and have done in the past, even when it is repetitive and there is little thanks, and it is much less glamorous, it can have great meaning if you know you are doing it to serve and to help, and there is a chance that you really could make a difference. Well, this time around, the people we work for directly are actually really grateful, and they express it, too, and that makes quite a difference in itself. But yes, even if your contribution is never appreciated by others, you DO know what you did. And maybe this is at this time my way of washing the dishes in the ashram. So thanks for this video. Even if I shouldn't need validation, it still feels really good. Thank you!

Motive does matter. Gives the emotional juice to pursue (Tony Robbins) or to take a bullet for your mighty mission (Robin Sharma) or to navigate through the confusing, intimidating storms (Jim Rohn). Thank you! Tony you are best at delivering "The stuff".
Integrity I feel is the most important thing, thank you for your passion and integrity❤️❤️

Hi Tony, I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for the incredible reminder. That "2 second rant" was very beautiful and I can tell how much emotion and thought you put into it. I hope one day I become half the man you are. This video helped to calm my mind and center me and I am grateful for it. These are the things no family member, friend, school, or workplace tells you about, so I am so grateful you are who you are and you do what you do. Please produce more videos like this because it's exactly what I needed to hear. My dream is to meet and learn from all the humble, kind and successful people like you in the world. Cheers my brother.
THANK YOU THANK YOU TONY ROBBINS ***** PEACE BE WITH AND GOD BLESS YOU AND FAMILY
You are in your BEST years of your career drawing on your life experiences and perfecting your words. Was a big Jim Rohn fan and thought he was the best. You have taken over that role and taken the torch he passed and made it better!!! Didn't think that was possible!!!!
I had a similar experience early in my career. I had to work a weekend when I had other plans. At first I was frustrated but then I decided that if I was going to be stuck at work I was going to enjoy it. It worked! Sadly I often forget this but when I remember it still works!
I agree 👍.
Tony, you are one of the most incredible humans on earth. I am blessed to see this in you often. I am crewing UPW next month and I cannot wait for us all to be together again!
Beautiful story! Tony you’re inspiring! Thank you 😊
