also, he admits that he loves the adoration. He loves helping people and loves to see peoples eyes light up when they understand what he's saying. He's on another level, and I'm sure the next generations will just be doing what he is, and the world will be a better place.

Thanks friend. I honestly believe that if I can do it, anyone can. I use to have no confidence at all. Whenever attention was on me, I would get panick attacks and go super red in the face and get all sweaty. I thought my life was doomed. But I realized that I can't let this effect my life. It can be a challenge at times, but I love the feeling of being in control of my life.

"Your bodies many cries for water" is a great book! Also adding unrefined salt along with water makes a difference. Divide your body weight in pounds by 2 and that's the ideal amount of ounces of water to drink. Example: I weigh 200# so I drink 100 ounces of water/day. Take 1/4 tsp of unrefined salt (Himalayan) per quart of water. - or just toss a small pinch in your mouth before drinking a glass of water. more info: soundcloud.com/magnetic-leaders/healthy-water-healthy-salt

A lot of miserable haters on here, yet they clicked on the video and commented. Here is a basic view of what they said- drink plenty of water, eats lots of greens with lean meat. And yes, cancer does feed off of sugar. That doesn't mean you won't get cancer if you never eat sugar, but you decrease your changes of getting it or if you already have cancer, cutting out sugars can slow it down.

Thank you for the shortened version. I enjoyed the whole 10 minute video. We have to ignore the negative people and enjoy the wonderful loving people around us. Haters are going to hate... They hate everything including themselves.. Bitterness ruins everything in their lives. They see the world through their eyes of darkness. However, forgiveness and love is where there's peace. To bad they are missing out.

Hello ZachClooney, you can pick the gras directly from the fields or from the forest grasses or out of your organic garden. But try young leaves , they are full of sunlight, a sweet taste and have a lot of power, useful for neutralise the toxics (caused by whitebread, refined sugars chocolate) within the body and to nourish you with a lot of useful minerals, proteins and naturally sugars. young fresh grass is very sweet if you chew it well. Greetings from the Krauts, Thore from Germany!

Oh yes, I read this book by Dr. Batman too: informative indeed! I'm reminded of another sign of dehydration that I found to be surprising...hunger. What we have come to believe as hunger, is not. Dr. Batman says that it's not a true hunger pain when the belly first rumbles. It is thirst. So Salute! ~ Peace and Super Hydration to You =)

How I am Becoming Supernatural I'm 36 and when I was in my early 20's I was diagnosed with Lupus, an autoimmune disorder. I was told it was incurable and I would have to live with it forever and just accept a life of pain and fatigue, inflammation and exhaustion. I went on a true obsessive quest for knowledge as I was unwilling to believe that I would was destined to live with this condition. I began studying and implementing just about any alternative medicine modality that exists. Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, raw foods, detoxification, super-foods, rigorous exercise programs, parasite cleansing, heavy metal detox. etc. All of these things really made a huge difference, but if I were to be honest my life has been one of having to spend so much effort and money on my health that if I for just a few months fell of of being in total discipline... I would again begin having bad symptoms from an overactive autoimmune system. I've had terrible issues with Candida in my sinuses that have literally made me spend half of my life barely able to breathe at all through my nose. It's hard to really express to someone how much having chronic sinus blockages can really affect the quality of life. When you can't breathe you can't relax and I was so often feeling like I was in an anxious flight or fight state to due to this. The past year of my life I've had some personal issues that challenged me to my maximum and I began having issues in every area of my life from money, to relationships, to my health. I started feeling suicidal and just too exhausted to persevere anymore. I had spent a good 15 years of my life searching for a key to true healing and had made many improvements, but never felt totally Then I found "Becoming Supernatural" by Dr. Joe Dispenza. I've realized that I've been trying to affect matter with matter, trying to change the my physical body and this physical world through actions and doing only. This book taught me that the true path to healing is within and only through doing consistent meditations and opening the body's energy centers will we transcend the initial traumas that are stored in our body blocking the energy flowing to our natural well being. I've been seeing results from just starting meditations a few weeks ago that are blowing my mind. Joe Dispenza is right if we want truly heal ourselves of any condition or problem in our life, we have to "Become Supernatural" and I can genuinely say that his book opened the door to understanding who I am and the power to heal that had been dormant in me all of my life. amzn.to/2LKwa2G

Adding a splash of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar to your water can be very alkalizing. Even though they're both acids, so you would think they'd have the opposite effect, they trigger a reaction that results in increased alkalinity.

Hey Eastwoody, yes your right - taking too much water will drain your electrolytes. That's because normal tap/bottled water has a generally low ORP (oxidation reduction potential). However if you drink water that has a high ORP (generally water with a ph of around 8.5) the electolytes not only increase but they become super charged. You should try it out yourself and see the results.

All I really wanted to know is, how quickly can the body adapt to COPING with 2.5 liters of water a day when it has not been having anything near that..? The body will work the way it works depending on how you treat it, of course..that wasn't my question..
