We can't see the jury. It might have some purple haired feminist who will side with AH no matter what and not budge. Or a simp with a crush on her. You can never predict outcomes with 12 randos. A jury let Casey Anthony go free when everyone knows she killed her daughter.

Agree. I required a Medical Alert for Hypoglycemia and my CPTSD Service Dog just to feel comfortable and adapt safe when out and about. I suffer from CPTSD Complex Post Traumatic Stress Anxiety Disorder and it can be debilitating and makes it difficult to hold a job, or go out and about, especially around the holidays, birthday and sounds, smells and people can trigger the partial disassociation attacks and that messes with my body and is exhausting. I trust animals over people after what I went through in foster care, by biological parents, by adoptive parents family, by bullies I'm school and it doesn't help with my immune compromised system and Hypoglycemia it messes those up and the anxiety stress and fear makes me sick more often. Something I would never wish on anyone, the Night Terrors, Vertigo Dizzy Spells Fainting, Panic Anxiety Vertigo feeling like your gonna be attacked or jumped something is gonna happen. Meanwhile this Amber abusing her privge status she only got because of Depp helping her or she'd never landed those jobs. She is making a mockery and disrespectful to those who do suffer from CPTSD/PTSD Aniexty Stress Disorder, she is causing issues for real victims something she is not. Her and her wrenched sister are conartist gaslighting abuser manipulative freeloader narcissist none-stability incompetent attention seeking delusional entitlement leftist Me2 Woke Cancel Culture Leftist SJW who are pulling a Jussie Smollett false victimhood and are the abusers. Depp never abused her, he didn't hurt her in any way it's a cry wolf lieing lunatic psychotic bit## not getting her way and she can't handle someone telling her NO.

I'm an overcoming survivor of domestic violence & abuse. A.H. is the problem for us whom are legitimate survivors. Her falsehoods & fabrications make it difficult for those who are legitimate victims to pursue & receive justice. This is why I'm invested in this case. Men can also be victims of domestic violence/abuse. Absolutely love Johnny Depp a real gentleman an empath with a heart of gold. Generous kind calm cool intelligent & intuitive. I knew him back in the 80's in the Hollywood Club Scenes. Can't ruffle his feathers why? Because he's telling the truth. The feather of truth in the 42 laws of Egyptian Goddess Ma'at. She holds the balance of the scales of truth. A feather's weight against a truthful light heart. Johnny's heart is light & open because he speaks from it in truth. I love & support Johnny Depp a wise saged sweet soul.💗🙏💯

She learned all about him, then playacted sweet girl who likes all the same things as JD (which was a lie, ofc), until he married her. From then on she tried to make him look bad and make him mad enough to strike her, but her plan backfired because he never did that. So here we are.

Depp's team needs to prove beyond reasonable doubt that Amber was talking about him in her op-ed and that she was lying in it with intent to hurt Depp's career / reputation. Defamation suits are notoriously difficult to win, so even though public opinion is largely in Depp's favor, he could very easily lose this lawsuit.

I watched the entire testimony of this outstanding gentlemen yesterday... Amber Heards Lawyer tried pulling some shit-canery on the jury by cherry picking some testimony,, only reading one sentence to try and discredit this good man.. Thankfully Johny's lawyers were on it and read the entire paragraph for the jury which proved the testimony was not only correct but also proved that Amber Heards Lawyers are lying to the jury... Why this wasnt addressed by the judge for misleading the jury,, is beyond me.. Im normally not one for following court cases or celebrities.. Im just not that interested in it.. But I have been glued to this one. I think because I hate seeing good men being framed for crap they didnt do... I have read a bunch of comments on these videos and from other channels, and you can tell the people who are not following the case.. They say stuff like "defamation is extremely hard to prove." Anyone who has followed this case closely knows that it has been proven that Johnny lost Pirates of the Caribbean 6 because of Amber Heards Oped and false claims of abuse.. We have also learned through this trial that not only was her allegations false,,, but that she is both mentally and physically abusive to the point that Johnny lost the tip of his finger.. She is vindictive to the point of not only destroying his property, throwing his phone, wallet, credit cards and passport out the window for homeless people to take,,, but also vindictive to the point she dropped her drawers, squatted and took a dump on his bed.... What kind of sick person would do such a thing?? Even if that was the only thing she did,, that is beyond mental.. Not only has Johnny's lawyers done a fantastic job proving the case but in the process Amber Heard and her lawyers have lied, played tricks and have purposely mislead evidence which in opinion warrants jail time... I have always liked Johnny Depp. I think he is a superb actor, but I truly have a whole new respect him. The genuine gentle kindness that he has is a rare trait these days.. I hope and pray Johnny gets what he is asking and that what ever has been taken from him is returned 10 fold..

Abuse of men happens far more often than you might expect-in both heterosexual and same sex relationships. It happens to men from all cultures and all walks of life, regardless of age or occupation. Figures suggest that as many as one in three victims of domestic violence are male. However, men are often reluctant to report abuse because they feel embarrassed, fear they won’t be believed, or are scared that their partner will take revenge.””……. An abusive partner may hit, kick, bite, punch, spit, throw things, or destroy your possessions. They may also use a weapon, such as a gun or knife, or strike you with an object, abuse or threaten your children, or harm your pets.”” The list one of the signs of a woman being abusive is: “”Take away your car keys or medications, try to control where you go and who you see.”” She threw his phone, passport, wallet/credit cards off the balcony into the street… During a fight.. What I love from Sterling’s interview is how Heard’s lawyer tried to make him out to be a liar. They had him read that one line and didn’t let him move on to the next line where it shows his story is consistent. Johnny’s lawyers exposed that so well.

One of my ex gfs was a drinker and every now and then she got aggressively drunk. In more than one occasion she kicked me, punched me (not in the face), tried attacking me. I was also a drinker at the time, I never fought back. I did not fight back because I knew that I could simply place my finger ON HER it would be considered domestic abuse and I would he arrested and she would walk away. Every now and then I look back on it and cringe...She was a very nice girl but had a mean streak when she got to drunk and I couldn't see it going anywhere but downhill FAST. As good as the sex was...I bailed and never went back. Lesson in life, learned the hard way but a good lesson none the less. Seeing Amber smirking and being all cunty brings back memories I don't want to think about but it's a good reminder to leave those kinds of people behind and move on with life.

I don’t care how angry I am or what anyone has done to me, let alone my husband, I wouldn’t even consider throwing such extremely important, hard to replace, personal items of somebody else. That’s simply disgusting and you don’t do that to anybody. Anybody who commits an act of throwing a person’s wallet, ID, passport and other extremely important things like that out a window or whatever, shows the integrity of that person. It shows that they give no thought about what they’re doing beforehand and it displays them as dangerous and childish. It goes to show that even beautiful celebrities with money and some power aren’t reasonable or good people. They should be avoided at all costs. Johnny is drawn to people who have an edge, which is fine, but to let certain people get close to you like he did, is a good lesson that we can all learn. Johnnys suffering is helping others who don’t have the voices or means to exit a chaotic, dangerous relationship. They can see the signs earlier than before maybe and decide not to interact with people who display behaviors like Amber Heard has. I hope she gets some help and learns how to control herself in healthier ways because if she doesn’t, she’s going to have a long, difficult life ahead of her.

Eventually the guy opened up a little and took his shirt off. There were puncture wounds all over his back from his gf stamping her stillettos into him. Women can be just as abusive as parents and children as men, it just either isn't as common or it's not reported as much because men are made to feel ashamed.

After being cheated on and slapped in the face again I told her to leave my apartment and was so happy to see the back end of her. It was also satisfying to know that people eventually turned on her and cut contact once they knew how she treated me, as I was very well liked amongst those close. Abuse against guys is so very very real and happens all the time. So many guys are accused when innocent and it can be hell because when your 6.7 like i am and big build, of course it has to be you! It’s interesting that she never actually named him in the Washington Post article. So he should have had a hard time proving defamation. I feel her team fell into a big trap - they should always have argued she wasn’t talking about him, but instead they have spent all time trying to make him into a monster with no proof. The jurors are legally being asked “did Amber defame Johnny in that article?” but now they feel like they are being asked “do you believe Amber’s story about Johnny abusing her?” The difference between the two questions is that the onus is now on her to prove him an abuser, not him to prove she was talking about him (and therefore defaming him)

This is really a tough and complex trial since it is defamation, Johnnys team has to link the article to their mariage and then prove that he didnt use physical force against her. I mean as he said in the beginning of the trial, no matter the outcome of the trial, if he looses or wins he only wanted his side of the story out there, so publicly he wins, then in the eyes of the law, in specific defamation is a just a bit to hard :/. Apparentley in the US, defamation lawsuits is never a win for the plaintiff since you have to prove that the accused wanted to defame the victim. So again, Johhnys lawyers has to link the article to the timeframe of their marriage and then seek out what really happend during their marriage, hence why it is a long trial.

Being done after 14 years twice is quite a relief when you finally decide to do it - I'm happier being a mad cat woman nowadays (am 56) although I'm not sure I'm doing it right with one cat..... Johnny should have a cat I reckon ☺

Yes this will really be interesting. Some one once said court is a theatre and who ever puts on the best performance wins. So far it’s Jonny and his team hand down. She’ll probably crumble.

Yes, her untreated mental state. People can manage and be functional with mental illness, unfortunately Amber has chosen not to manage her borderline personality and histrionic personality disorder. She wasn't surprised with these diagnoses when the psychologist was on the stand. If you want a good example, look at Pete Davidson. He has borderline personality. He is upfront with going to therapy and using medications to try to help himself.

Just now and then you see it dawn on him just how truly awful this actually is…yes, on one level it’s funny but in fact it’s so demeaning, disrespectful and humiliating to be treated like this. Yet it becomes your normal. It’s only later that you see how abnormal and truly dreadful it is.

I agree completely. Johnny was treated terribly. I'm not saying he was completely innocent with his substance abuse, but he didn't actually abuse Amber, as she claimed. Amber threw his wallet, passport, phone...etc over a balcony! If Johnny didn't have security, they wouldn't have recovered his phone 6 miles away in Skid Row. Amber also sh*t in his bed, and no doubt subjected Johnny to lots of emotional and verbal abuse. I'm probably missing a bunch more stuff she did. His reputation was also damaged! When these stories started circulating, I didn't know WHO to believe...now I know! I hope Johnny's reputation is restored and he gets those movie offers back he lost due to this drama from Amber. I hope Amber takes care of her borderline and histrionic personality disorders. Don't forget she has a daughter now, Oonaugh. I hope her daughter is unharmed physically and emotionally.

These court proceeding have brought me more bust out laughing moments and goosebumps after my ptsd triggered by shared experience from a point of view of abuse. Depp’s shared childhood experiences were relatable on some levels but nonetheless abuse. I can totally relate but in my own terms but same understanding of what abuse does to one’s life, I’m 52++. Those with so much trauma understand that your body reacts to signs or the mere mentioning of abuse instantaneously, even before it’s even registered in one’s mind. One’s body is already reacting with shakes, goosebumps or tears. Depp is giving a long misconstrued idea that it is men that only abuse and he is showing the world there is more courage and bravery in being vulnerable and being truthful and exposing all that has hurt him emotionally. Truth hurts for but a minute, a lie lasts a lifetime as I always say. And the truthful eventually comes out despite someone else’s lies. She seriously needs help after to listening to her own crazy tapes, and these lawyers should know what they are up against. She’s dangerous and is a menace to society.
