This is one of the most beautiful conversations I've seen on YT in a long time. And it happened at the perfect time. My "human avatar" needed a reminder of what it seemed to have partially forgotten. I am very grateful to have stumbled upon this. Thank you both for putting your beautiful, insightful thoughts out into the world. Love and light to you both.

Who we are and What we are is "inclusive" rather than "exclusive"! We are Source. We are both the "within"and the "without"! 😀🙏🌈😃

😂 the ego thinks it has discovered something new, learned it, and now thinks it knows. Although there is no entity really there to know. Within is thought. Without is a thought. Without thoughts where is this inside and outside? Inclusion or exclusion, just thoughts without any substance. Thinking is not knowing. In knowing thinking seems to arise and happen. Without knowing what thinking can seem to happen? Knowing isn’t dependent upon thinking but thinking is entirely dependent upon knowing.

I love Anna’s pure presence and was esp. touched by her discourse around 36:30 min, which I understood as follows: Stay present with the body, become aware of distortions of source consciousness including physical resistance, cognitive friction, conditioned beliefs and emotional blockages. Use the light of awareness to disclose and dissolve these so the “life force can move through the body more freely, and that’s how we weave and seemingly receive our heaven on earth. Because we’re really not here to achieve. We’re here to receive the achievement we already are as infinite, boundless consciousness. That’s a flip of the script… now we’re in abundance, we’re not in lack.”

in February of this year (2023), the person who I thought was my best friend... betrayed and abandoned me. discarded me. like yesterday's garbage. stopped talking to me. replaced me with another. the loss and the grief have given me severe PTSD. unbearable unimaginable breathless pain. I barely cope. Now it's May, and I am dreading the summer. terrified of being all alone. especially on those endless summer nights... I die of the terror and the horror and the PTSD. I pray God brings me true love and real friendships... I DESPERATELY NEED A MILLION LITTLE MIRACLES.

And I would always answer nothing, because I really had no thoughts but they made me feel that it was wrong to not have thoughts that one must always be thinking, I would have inspiration come and act on it but it but it wasn’t a constant stream of thoughts that the conditioning brings… What a blessing to know one’s true nature

Very nice discourse! Who are you really? Simple answer is that which is conscious of itself. The question can cause frustration to the thinking mind. “The still water has no ripples.” The paradoxical reality tries to understand itself through logic. Thoughts coming up and viewed as concrete and absolute. The finger that points to the moon and all we seem to concentrate on is the finger. Humans attaching to their beliefs and concepts without truly knowing. Seeing one side of the coin and labeling it with absolute certainty. Comparing positive and negative and choosing one over the other. Trying to conform to the ideas of others. These are the practices and compulsions of the conditioned mind. The mind is a tool and can be used or we can be used by it. Those that are used by it identify themselves as this mind. 🐸

Respect bro, I’m with you even though you didn’t outright say it. To me this is just another concept or belief no different than what a Christian would tell me about their god or a feminist about her stance on abortion. After 3+ years of investigating non duality I still can’t entirely grasp it. I like the examples you gave at the end with being able to break it down enough that it resembles an orange tree can’t ever produce apples.

Thank you so much for this beautiful conversation. It reminded me of so much i too often forget. I too often slip into trying to understand with words, languages and concepts. I recognised myself in the interviewer, trying to intellectually understand and the mind constantly trying to ask "but what about this" , "what about that". This was such a great reminder for me to let go of that need to understand, and of identifying with the running commentary in my head. I love how direct and clear Anna is. I call it beingness. I started to live from it around 2011 and was "told" that I will share it in the future when the time is right. The time is about to be right. And I would say: You are infinite, connect with your beingness, your essence, your everbeing with no start nor end. You existed before light, you entered light and you are now the sum of light. It will be fun when what we now go through is over and we all start living from Heart, from the silent witness, the beingness, the stillness, what we are beyond form, beyond light. Eternal presence. 💙

Someone asked me if I thought I had been abused in my life and I told her that it depends on what you call abuse. I was bullied from grade school thru middle school and that created a conditioning of not being good enough or having courage or faith in myself. It's something I've been trying to uncondition myself from. I have had abusive relationships and I'm in one now. It's very emotionally attacking. Now I know not to allow that to affect me, but the bullying conditioning has stayed with me so far. Also we had little money when I was growing up and that lack has stayed with me also. I don't look at monetary abundance as accessible to me. Trying to get out of that conditioning too

Thank you for sharing. You've commented numerous times, so I'll reply to this one :) I may be wrong about this, but from what I've observed it certaintly seems that it all just comes down to getting rid of our conditioning as it's conditioning that creates our so called problems. Would you agree? Conditioning is also the past right? So is there any value in dropping the past and living from what we are now?

In the dream of life, there's only one, and It's you... But I like the way you explain it. You Can get there in thought when you realize that it can't be anything But a dream. Yes, our uniqueness is the point. Why isn't everyone as interested in the nature of our being... is another trap. Thank you, AB. Success is letting go of your own point of view and just being who you really are. Much love to you, AB.

I hope you don't mind, but what part of this, or what thought forms did you find sticky?

As she mentions, Nature can certainly teach us very important lessons. If one doesn't want to adscribe to any "set of beliefs" and vocabulary, which I don't like, I can tell the following. Get rid of any set of ideas, and become your very own personal laboratory. Observe every thought, emotion and feelings within your body, their locations. There are connections, sequences of processes and meanings clearly undestandable by the mind. Don't get lost in thought patterns, but be aware of processes. For that one needs to cultivate attention. Later one can start to apply attention to the "external" world one perceives. This is a personal work. This process doesn't use any term, any vocabulary, any idea, just the tools one has. This might not respond who one is, but this will make a change for sure. Greetings.

Dom Sniezka, I think you would like very much an interview with Roger Castillo, a practice Advaita Teacher. It could clarify many points yet not so clear. Love.

What’s so wild to me that there is a deep, wordless knowing that Anna Brown is speaking the Truth.
