Anna Brown - You Are Already in Heaven

We believe we are on a journey to somewhere besides what already is. Discover that whatever is already apparently happening is the heaven we all seek in our every activity. As this is discovered, there is a falling away of the concepts and beliefs that “what already is” isn’t this heaven. What is left is simply a celebration of what is. Anna Brown joins Hale Dwoskin in this episode of “Letting Go & The Greatest Secret.”
Anna Brown is an unorthodox non-duality speaker who playfully points out the fallacy of seeking liberation. As an "ex-spiritual teacher," Anna says it is a joy to debunk myths about life and enlightenment in a fun and uncompromising way. She doesn’t subscribe to being a teacher, savior, or therapist-rather, she is a lass who likes to sometimes chat about this beautiful simplicity. Are you aware your awareness? That's who you truly are, an infinite eternal being having a limited human experience and a theme of experiences. Anna's one of my favorites, we are Spirit having a lucid dream and understanding the power of paradox can really change you. Understanding that you are everything experiencing your self as one thing through separation. When I experienced my Self activation and the pure bliss of Heaven we all are, I realized that the body is inside the spirit, but we experience it in reverse where awareness is through the eyes and other physical sensations. It's part of the experience, to forget who you truly are, while also experiencing a story of what you believe to be true. Just focus on whatever excites you and all life to unfold for you.

Anna is such a jewel! I love her delivery and simple message. Our separate selves complicate our journey so much, relaxing back into your true nature allows for a much less nail-biting experience.

For those who are still seeking, pay no attention to the ‘big’ words or concepts people are using, they are only pointers, not the real thing. Ask yourself based on your own direct experience, “what has never changed since you were born and you are experiencing right here and right now?” There you go! You got this, my friend! 🙏❤️

@@Lizzyliz1111 Yes, what is watching and experiencing right now. some call it the Self with a capital S, the watcher, awareness, and realized being. This is all there is. It is like a nothing or everything that is always present, "playing" with energy around itself (actually within itself because it's all happening within). There is no past "you" that grew up to be you because that's a timeline or a story that was created with the imagination here and now, no future "you" because that's also imagination created here and now. Only NOW exists. I AM. Look around you, this is it and all that is. Where ever "you" go "you" are always here. Home.

I think why so many personalities find this paradigm shift difficult is because they are holding onto a seperate self as the one who going to get it. Not realising that the sense of separation is also that, and that which is let go of. There is no one to get it even though it seems there is. And there is nothing to get.

Dear Hale, we know you're fond of parrots but having conversations with Tony Parsons' parrots becomes repetitive. Calling suffering "heaven" or "the beloved" is nonsense. A conversation with Willow would be much more enlightening.

Beyond the content/words/ story being conveyed- my initial most basic perception of Anna is this person has an energy that's rigid, fixed to her ideas, her 'knowledge' of what is actually an undefined, unknowable experience. Sorry, but I don't perceive a true spaciousness in her, nor basis of peace that allowing her of letting go of being right , but still tethered to a story. On an intuitive level for me - it feels contrived and forced. Even as she frequently stares right at the camera like one confronts another. Why? Seems counter-intuitive ; if one is truly in that non dual space she claims to be in - then one embodies that truth, having compassion for everything connected and blocked from this peace that they can feel. You would feel the pain of the false separation. I don't see a loving gaze onto her surroundings, animals or viewers - but a defensive one clinging to a rock of safety while attempting to engage the world. Perhaps unconsciously? Not sure...but it comes across in her nonverbal communication which gets picked up instantly by our homed faculties, evolved over millennia, to gauge those exact cues. It's all in her energy...it comes out at you and tries to shape or mold or affect the outside world. True peace is "non-violent" in the most purest sense; it doesn't seek to change, manipulate nor convince to adhere to inner ideals..rather, it is compassionate, patient and accepting of *whatever* state/stage/ place anyone is on, because the view is unconditional Love and utter beauty in everything. As it is. Further, most profound non dual talks have been laden with delicious moments of perfect silence than words. The silence grows inside the observers as a peaceful energy...and observers resonate. That's the action of peace...it is like a *flame of stillness* ..of beauty, that just shines...and something very primal and long forgotten in observers *remembers* There is no energy of rigidity in non dual perception. I love her ideas...but it is telling of where she is. And there's nothing wrong with that, on it's own. As a story still ...even if concealed in the egos' highly intelligent idea of non duality.
