I spent years searching and searching... And searching. Fix this about myself ... Get rid of this pain and that pain... Councillors, healers... Etc. When the whole time it was right here. I am what I am. I stopped, turned around and there it was.
this series 'be as you are' is prob your most important influence upon me. i feel like bhagwan is speaking these words directly to myself. it never gets old. timeless , meditative, take me right there.

Yes!! We crave the relief of suffering in every facet of our existence. Another word for the relief of suffering is peacefulness. We crave peacefulness because that is what we are.
I woke up so far away from this state this morning,,, it's taken all morning to calm the mind stories enough to listen and relax... I feel very tired of all my whirling mind madness . this really helped.... - Thank and Bless you for sharing this teaching Samaneri! : ))

@@nrao8977 They are regarding the “you” as self explained more so in Buddhism. The self as Ego and “Mine” not the self in which ramana maharshi is speaking of or awareness (the witness).
