We’ve all dealt with “neighbors” like this at one time or another. It’s too bad they’re becoming more frequent. Give him my condolences on the loss he’s about to receive in both the threatened law suit, and NOT having that beautiful tree removed.

you don't sue on a tresspass, it is a civil matter and a tresspass warning must be given by law enforcement, and then if you return then the po po will arrest you and fine you, and if you then damage property you are liable...

I spent seven years working in a federal prison some of those years as a case manager. I had a number of inmates who had extortion in there rap sheets. I have a good idea what extortion is😃
