Had a couple of thoughts for ya Chris. You could use 24' straps and then run your 8' chain through one side of the loop on the strap, then tie down to the trailer. On the other side use another chain through the loop and tie back to itself then use the binder to the trailer. Bottom line just use your chains to make up the length needed to tie down.
