Madrid is my favorite city. I have visited many cities in the world, but Madrid is magical. The best city in the world.

Too hot, it’s horrendous in high summer.

Hay un lugar en Madrid que pocos turistas visitan; Templo de Debod. Es un autentico templo egipcio, regalo de Egipto a España por ayudar a salvar Abu Simbel. Desde ese sitio, al aire libre y muy cerca de plaza de España, se ven las mejores puestas de sol de Madrid.

Donde vayas en España hay un rincon que te enamorará..desde ciudades grandes a pequeños pueblos

So far I’ve only been to Madrid and London but really fell in love with Madrid. I went to the same roof top bar and actually cried the view was so amazing.

Portugal and Spain...full of history...church squares...huge buidings..restaurants.....sofisticated people...

We’ve been to Spain numerous times pre and post pandemic. Of all the places we’ve visited in Spain Madridid is my wife’s favorite. IMO Madrid is very girl friendly.

Wonderful video but I missed the Retiro Park and the Royal Palace, two awesome gems

Savador Bachiller tiene cuatro boutiques restaurantes en Madrid, uno de ellos a los japoneses les encanta, quizas es el que tu buscabas.

Love it! We moved to Madrid last year and have eaten at Salvador Bachiller 3 times. We were giggling about your experience because we remember going through a maze to get there and being confused about locations and having to make reservations. The service was bad, food was ok, pricy, but the ambiance was great! There are at least 3 other markets like San Miguel scattered throughout Madrid. My favorite is Anton Martin.

You should 😍 I think you will like it a lot but you need to see Valencia’s as well!

I visited Valencia and Madrid this past September. I stumbled across the Mercado de San Miguel but had lunch reservations at Sobrino de Botin. San Miguel is on my list when I visit again. Excellent museum of Sorolla paintings in his former home. Gardens of his home are beautiful and museum worth the trip. Your videos are really good and interesting.

@@ANTOANETTA I did the fixed lunch. The Gazpacho was fantastic. I ordered the roast suckling pig which was a huge portion. It was good but next time, I'll order the lamb again. I would recommend the lunch rather than the dinner. I'll be back to Valencia and Madrid in February or March. It's on my list.

@@ANTOANETTA Have you tried Huerta y Huerta in Russafa? It's a market restaurant. The chef buys what is local and fresh and that's what you get, no menu. He asks about food allergies and is able to work around them. I highly recommend dinner there.

Nice video. Madrid is a beutiful city. I live there and i don't get tired of it. Also is a city very diverse, you can walk 5 minutes and every thing chances arround, and you think you are in another city.

I'm new & Love your VLOGS however your background music is a bit Loud as it masks what you are saying which is what people want to really hear. Looking forward to your perspective on more of your Vids.

Great job on your videos. So far the only European capital I have visited was Vilnius Lithuania. Honestly I like smaller les visited cities, so I personally liked Kaunus Lithuania more than the capital. I plan on taking a trip to Spain in March 2022, not sure where just yet.

As a Spaniard myself, I would recommend you to fly to Madrid and then moving from there to other places. The good thing about Madrid is that it’s just in the center of the country and very well connected with the rest of the country thanks to the highway and rail networks. Madrid is a transportation hub, so you can virtually reach any other point of the country from there in just a few hours. Maybe I would recommend you to visit Segovia, Ávila or Toledo, as those are less than 2 hours from Madrid and they are very different from each other. But, any place in the country worths a visit, not just the cities, but also the natural areas, so if you want to combine culture with nature, maybe you will need more time, as Spain is like a small continent where landscapes, weather and architecture change almost unpredictable all of a sudden.

Thank you for your great video. I'm from Spain and very much admire others countries way of living too, as USA. Just a brief commentary; Spaniards always keep at least two versions in their genetic and historic baggage; Don Quijote y Sancho Panza. The man who dreams and the man who lives, the idealist and the pragmatic, the abstract and the simple. Being spaniard is an indecipherable enigma even for us, fortunately. For instance is not very much known the solidarity metric that shows that for the last 25 years Spain remains the world leader in the rate of deceased organ donation and transplantation. In the other side, we are lacking GDP and productivity figures that many others may show. Nobody is perfect.

Humanity & culture are far more important than nominal GDP (which in cases like US & UK is also accompanied by massive debt, both personal & national). Spain rocks!!
