Its amazing they have to bake so many different types of bread 🥖🍞🥐🥯and pastries in order to get customers to love their products. It’s such a waste of effort if customers don’t come or if any bread and pastries are not sold by the end of the day, everything is thrown away. That is why these bakery’s employees adhere to their skills to succeed in their job to make their shop do excellent business.

その日の分だけじゃなく前日の仕込みの分があっても真夜中からお仕事とは💦 ご飯屋さんは品数多くても注文が来てから作るけど、パン屋さんはいっぺんに用意しなければならないからそれまでがめちゃくちゃ大変ですね。 感謝して食べなければいけませんね！😊

地元のパン屋さんがまとめられてるの嬉しい！ここの塩パンとカレーパン、クロワッサン、チョコデニッシュは特に最高なので絶対食べてほしいです。ちょうど今日も買いに行きました！ カレーパンは国試の合格発表のときに食べていた思い出があります笑 ずっと大好きなパン屋さんです！

정말 이른 시간부터 대단하네요.. 한국은 요즘 빨라야 5시~5시30분 출근인데.. 이것도 반죽 파트 정도만 이 시간에 출근이지 나머지 파트들은 6시~7시 정도로 출근시간을 맞추는 편이거든요. 새벽 2시30분 출근은 엄두가 안 나네요.. 보통 새벽2시~3시 이렇게 출근 하는 가게는 사장이 곧 제빵사면서 혼자서 만들고 운영하는 가게들이나 저 시간에 출근 해서 스타트 하는데 여러명 근무 하는 곳은 저런 케이스 흔치 않은데 대단합니다..

Looks great but the pastry was over cooked on nearly everything.. The ones with the metal tubes was lovely the first time they came out but went back in 2 more times.
Dough is such an amazing thing.

@@pan.monogatari understood. But you often give titles for the videos as "A Day in the Life of a .... Bakery". I think it will be much better to cover until the end of his working hours so viewers have better idea how that look like. you can skip lot of the middle part but put the ending part of chef or owner's working hour there.
