This pumpkin pie recipe is really easy and quick to do and it tastes so delicious and creamy, it's really amazing you'll want to do this recipe every week.
1 crust store bought ou you can make your own.
Bake it in oven at 170ºc for 50m or until you see it's cooked mine took about 45 minutes
Pie filling:
500g Pumpkin puree
( I baked 2 butternut squash pumpkins for 40 minutes with a little salt and olive oil and then blended it in the food processor)
100g brown sugar
250ml condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Cream Topping:
200ml cream beaten
1 tbsp icing sugar
200g cream cheese
