At first, I thought the bad editing was just a joke. But now I realize the editing was too keep our sanity from collapsing.

Something I only just noticed about the sequels is that in the first movie, the wolves moved a lot more like a cartoon (draping an arm over one another’s shoulders, using paws to point to something or hold something, etc) but the sequels completely gave up on trying to do this. The wolf animation is incredibly wooden and lifeless and it just make it even clearer that they didn’t give a first shit.

Reused footage, reusing assets is like reusing condoms...

Most people aware of A&O's existence imagine that *someone* has to be buying copies (30% of which is probably wwwarea, the rest are furries with bad taste and/or morbid curiosity), so if Splash Entertainment bought them out while it was failing, there's probably some form of monetization they can get out of it. (Also, I got something wrong. While Crest Animation did co-produce the Swan Princess movies (and Richard Rich had a hand in both properties), Splash Entertainment didn't get ahold of the Swan Princess movies; Nest Family Entertainment (Swan Princess' other co-producers) continued to make the Swan Princess movies.)
