It's hard for a group like this to distinguish itself from similar all girl groups, but All Saints do it with ease. They have a very unique sound, great songs, excellent harmonies and look beautiful.

38 hitting 39 end of the year. If only 12 year old me at the time would’ve known how special this music and time would be for me years later. The 90s was the best.

The moment I first laid my eyes to their music video, It was instant love!

Oh my god They're AMAZING The composer of their music is BRILLIANT The music is always so... Melodic And flatters their voices so much Heavenly made music, and heaven voices What else do I need?

They were, and are, such perfect musicians. Harmonically, melodically, rhythmically. Variety of styles on every album. I was 12 & not ashamed to say I was Spice Girl’d the F out. Many of us GUYS were back then. I loved All Saints, equally...if not MORE for the music. Spice Girls have a great unique blending of their five voices. Very distinct. But they were always more about the craziness & “living out loud” to make us love them. I didn’t buy into the hype (back then) of All Saints being “anti-Spice”. Now, a collabo of both groups would’ve been FIRE and a sure chart-topper. Melanie Blatt’s, Mel C & Emma Bunton’s high soprano voices. Shaznay & Mel B’s raw, soulful R&B pop. Geri Halliwell+Victoria Beckham’s sexy smooth style melding with the Appleton sisters’ voices. Did this actually happen?? What am I imagining?! Could’ve been epic.

I believe this is the first song I can ever remembering listening to. Little 4 year old me used to find my mums all saints album videotape while she was at work and I'd watch them on repeat absolutely fascinated by their sound and style.

During the 80s I was in my teens and then Grunge music became so depressing during my early 20s so I was so glad to hear bands like the saints...mind you this is coming from a guy who was a heavy metal fan Juads Priest, Guns n Rose's, Ozzy and Metallica so I'd say I can have an odd palette for music.

A massive fan of both All Saints and Steely Dan? Does such a person exist? I'm a massive Steely Dan fan, and the All Saints are just, the All Saints lol. A pure novelty, fun/funny to look back on. Never knew anyone took them seriously, apart from their target demographic at the time of young woman and teenage girls.

If you ever watch them live doing this song, check out the choreography. That’s really what makes this group so special.
