All Saints - Black Coffee (Official Music Video)

Музыка

Watch the official music video for 'Black Coffee' by All Saints.
Directed by Bo Johan Renck, the music video for "Black Coffee" was filmed at Ealing Studios in London on 17 August 2000. Bullet time effects similar to that from the 1999 film 'The Matrix' were used, being considered state of the art at the time. The video aired on 4 September 2000 to heavy rotation from MTV Europe.
Opening with a night time view of a high rise apartment block, the music video sees the group singing from the block's rooftop. A couple are shown arguing in one of the apartments, and their aggressive behaviour is frozen each time the group, invisible to them, serenade them. The girlfriend later sits in a corner and cries before the video ends with frozen shots of each All Saints member in the apartment after the couple have left.

Are you saved? Where will you go when you die? Heaven or hell? The Gospel, which means the Good News is the news that God Almighty, the Creator came in the flesh as Jesus Christ to take away the sin of the world. The one God is a trinity of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The Son came and laid down his own life to save ours. His sacrifice on the cross paid the price for our redemption with his own blood. On the third day he rose from dead and offers the gift of salvation and forgiveness to those that repent and trust in him. Although God's creation was created perfect, having no death, sickness and disease, the creation became corrupted through Adam and Eve in them disobeying God. In this rebellion the creation became fallen through the curse of sin and mankind became separated from God. This world is fallen, but God offers reconciliation to him through his provision at the cross. Ultimately God will restore his creation to perfection when he returns but those that reject his offer of redemption will remain condemned by their sins and go to hell. John 1:1,14 KJV In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and THE WORD WAS GOD. [14] And THE WORD WAS MADE FLESH, and dwelt among us, 1 John 3:8 KJV He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Isaiah 9:6 KJV For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty GOD, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. John 1:10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and THE WORLD KNEW HIM NOT.

@@florendojrdichoso6410 Hey sorry for the late response! For me the meaning of the song is, that even when you go through very tough times with your partner, when there is a serious love between you both, then each of you will try everything to keep fighting and figure it out. Somtimes you hate each other, still you want to be with each other. You often use your partner as a "punching bag" for your own personal emotions/problems, not realizing how much you might hurt him with that, because you think it should be natural for him to bear with it, but actually it isn't. It is a big privilege we get, it is a big sign of love. And after a fight, you sometimes just watch them doing daily things, like drinking "black coffee" and you realize again why you love them so much. Because they are still here with you drinking that coffee.

So underrated. The true definition of actual meaning of pop art... it highlights and takes you on a journey of contentment and beauty in the ordinary and imperfect.

Everytime I listen to this I get chills ... it gives me a magical atmosphere. It must be for William's touch. It happens since the first listening twenty years ago now ... I love All saints and Johan Renck wow damn. So great

I love this song beyond words .. it is mesmerizing and so personal and different from other commercial love songs .. it speaks of what any person in love would secretly feel inside with out expressing to their significant others... LOVE LOVE LOVE IT
