Why is MSG a problem? The amount of sodium in these ingredients is mind boggling. MSG is umami without all of the sodium.

Tamari is a great option for people who want all the flavor of soy sauce, but can't eat gluten.

I've been looking for a basic stir fry sauce that I can make ahead. I'm anxious to actually try yours. It's my first time to visit your channel. I have subscribed. My problem is that I have a flat top electric cook top. So now I'm looking for a flat bottom wok. Do you have any suggestions?

Excellent sauce and I really love the look of the stir fry. I’d eat it over rice or noodles. 👍 BTW, no intro music and footage was very different today. Hope this isn’t a permanent thing. 😀

Oh, that cap is always tricky. I should have mentioned, that you have to use a knife and cut the cap. I am not sure why they do it that way, but it's been that way with that brand since I was a kid.

I went out and bought all the ingredients and made this for dinner tonight... and then a stir fried some beef and veggies to go with it.. It was lovely. The sauce tasted too sweet when i did a taste tested, but once a few spoonfuls are thrown in with all the veggies and meat, its perfect.. Recommend :)

Seems tasty but too much sodium.

Oyester sauce making is most cruel system. Indian must not use any Chinese sauces. Soya sauce is also smelling bad.
