So happy that Willstrop is still around and playing - the fact the he’s playing this well is just added happiness.

That match was very entertaining and Mr W came very close to beating him. I mean there was just a film of sweat separating them :) Both of their careers are just amazing. The longevity at the top of the rankings is just so far out. Man, I'm just sitting here watching it all with a big smile on my face.

Amazing for WIllstrop to be playing such amazing squash at this age still - thank you for all your work! So fun to watch.

Well there you go. A three-game thriller with huge rallies, tight hitting, hard movement and not a single peep or whine or discussion with the ref on lets or strokes. Just squash. Brilliant.

Any tournament without Asal is a good tournament

We are just lucky to watch Willstrop play. Watching him is like watching poetry in motion. Just love his squash. That's all I have to say.

Yes it wasn't clear until to the very end but Willstrop was worked up about something--maybe the sweat on the ball or something else in addition?

Wilstrop is absolute class on and off the court. It's quite telling that El Shorbagy resorted to wetting the ball prior to serve to try and get an advantage. (Yes, he subsequently admitted it despite denying it initially. I have lost a little respect for El Shorbagy in recent times for his conduct.

Slightly disappointing to not see willstrop’s antics when he asked if he could challenge a double hit. Wasted a solid minute and a half asking if he was allowed to challenge, and when he was told he could he declined. Some might call it unsportsmanlike but I think it’s hilarious
