I admire your Commitment to creating the video! Late night Vides, so good! I have a spread sheet of locomotives in Videos. I rarely see the same Locos! So many trains, so many different locomotives!

Video was a total blast. The beauty of it was that I didn't have to drive one mile to see what I wanted to see. Also, as a note to the contributor: was great to hear the train itself with periodic cuts of music. Sound quality was excellent and video resolution really nice and clear. Also the angles and perspectives you chose shows us how large these machines really are. Nice vid...

Hey, Jeremy, thanks again for another informative video! I drive Hwy 20 nearly every day between Corvallis and Albany and have been trying for years to make sense of the arrivals and departures of the cars left on Ashar Siding by the Toledo Hauler and Westsider. Now I know. Lol! And I can't help but think the people in Albany who live along the OE and Toledo Branch are constantly sleep-deprived. Anyway, thanks once more for the awesome work!

Hey great! It’s been fun to learn about it myself as I get into these adventures. I’m glad it helps other railfans out there. It’s a surprisingly busy stretch of track when you begin adding up all the daily movements! Haven’t even gotten to the Westsider episode yet.

@@pacificrailproductions5281 It IS a busy stretch of track! When I first arrived here I assumed the track from the coast saw perhaps one train per week. Man, was I wrong! I'm really looking forward to the Westsider episode!

It looks so much better down low and with a train on the rails than Google maps of the rails.

A wonderful video, thank you very much for documenting this night time activity and for your dedication to your craft! 12.45am? 01.43am? Truly great. I found myself wondering what O Winston Link would have done with the modern lighting options he'd have. Then again, doesn't the A&E have a steamer? Maybe an autumn evening excursion along this street running, the cold night air and the steam would make for some impressive shots!

That is for sure! Autumn is coming; we’ll see what it brings. Thanks for the thoughts; and O Winston Link is the master!

I made a HUGE understatement with "A LOT GOES INTO RAILROADING", so please know that I realize it! I just didn't wanna say duh.

oh man I love seeing trains but i'm not sure how jazzed i'd be to have them rolling right past my house in the middle of the night blasting their horns. One would hope you get used to it eventually

I’d like to get up there to see the train at Stimson. I’ve never been up there to see that.

This is my first "all in the dark" video, and it is definitely a difference that the daytime crowd should experience sometime IMHO! A lot goes into railroading already and I have tons of respect for what everyone contributes so that all are safe! The Lord be with you all+

Thanks Paul! It’s necessary to get the night shots to tell the full story of the activity in Albany. 😁
