Lyrics:
Whisper to me softly, breathe words upon my skin
No one's near and listening, so please don't say goodbye
Just hold me close and love me, press your lips to mine
Mmm feels so right. Feels so right.
Lying here beside you I hear the echoes of your sighs
Promise me you'll stay with me and keep me warm tonight
So hold me close and love me, give my heart a smile
Mmm feels so right. Feels so right.
Your body feels so gentle and my passion rises high
You're loving me so easy, you're wish is my command
Just hold me close and love me, tell me it won't end
Mmm feels so right. Feels so right.
Feels so right.
Ah, you feel so right baby...

I remember walking into a record store in 1981 and this song was playing over the speakers. I went straight to the front desk and said "Who is singing this song". He said it's a group called Alabama. I asked him where I could find the album and he pointed me in the direction of the display with the album & cassette featured prominently. I grabbed one of each (the cassette for my car) and that's what started my love for this group. To this day I still play the album (the cassette didn't survive) and "Feels So Right" is mine & my sweetheart's song! We play it every Sunday and slow dance in the living room. Love, love, love Alabama!!

Hey how are you doing?
Oh Lord how I wish we could go back, the very best time we ever had and didn’t have enough sense to know it!
I just learned this was my mom and dad’s song they danced to at their wedding. A love so strong... I admire them so much. And I appreciate this song more than ever ❤️

Reminds me of being a child. My dad absolutely loved Alabama and Oakridge Boys. Two of the best harmonizing country groups of all time.

Me too my parents use to always have pinochle games every weekend. And of course the record player would be on. I must of been 5 or 6. But I remember I felt so grown up because they would let me be in charge of changing records. It was Alabama, Sawyer Brown, George strait, Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson , Randy Travis. I'm sure I'm forgetting some. But I think the only rock they would play is Meatloaf and Elvis. LOL. I seen a bunch of country bands live back in the 80's and 90's. I saw Alabama twice. And they're as good live as on record. Seen Sawyer Brown. Randy Travis. My mom had MS. And she was a huge Randy Travis fan. Well he seen her at the end of the show up by the stage in her wheelchair. And next thing we know a security guard comes over and says Mr Travis would like you all to come back stage. He wants to meet you. I never seen my mom so Happy as that day. I couldn't believe he took the time to do that. He signed a bunch of pictures for her and some CDs. And left us take pictures. Sadly she died in 98 she was only 38 years old I was 18. But we buried most of the stuff he gave her with her. All I know is that country music today doesn't come anywhere close to what it was then. That was the greatest generation of country artist. And I don't think there will ever be anyone close again.
This song never gets old. All the sweet memories!

Mike Thaxton ....That comment was directed to Alfred Brown. It was simply pointing out that if Alfred likes a good love song, to listen to the song I mentioned. It doesn't have to be country if you appreciate a good love song. I love Alabama and good OLD SCHOOL country music, but a good love song does not have to be strictly country.

I'm so deeply in love with the man on my dreams and now in my life. I can't wait to start our lives together. Thank you God for this beautiful union. Perfectly gentle with just the right amount of passion. I'm so in love with Him. Peace and Joy throughout this union. 🙏🏻♥️
Alabama, my favorite band of all time. WOW! It's been a great and precious journey following this amazing band for at least 40 years. I appreciate the sacrifice that Alabama did to provide me with this magnificent music for all of these years. GOD BLESS ALABAMA AND THEIR FAMILIES. YOU ARE SO LOVED!!
