I have seen research showing approximately 25 microbial species that also reside within the mucin layer. Why are you saying that a. muciniphilia is unique by virtue of being the only one?
Since refrigeration is required with Akkermansia, how does it tolerate being shipped in the summer heat? Would it be better to purchase directly from Pendulum, to limit shipping? Same question for the Polyphenol formula-is it heat sensitive? 37:01

i thought metformin stimulates akkermansia and a cheap soluble fiber, aka INULIN, not a word about it...
Will any of the formulas make urolithin A?
What was the favorite breakfast? High carb foods?
