    If I am a thin person, then I do not need to take Akermansia, will it be dangerous? Or maybe this will help me restore normal weight?

    Akkermansia is a naturally occurring bacteria. We all have it. If your deficient you need to bring it up to optimal levels with fibres foods.

    You need it! We all do. Should be naturally occurring within our micro bio. If yours is low it needs to be brought up to optimal levels through eating more fibre.

    Yes take tybuterate as a supplement but eat more fibre to produce more butyrate 👍
