Our Work Process:
1. Come up with questions, research, script, come up with opinions/commentary, polish until ready for recording.
2. Record voice acting the stories/questions, sharing thoughts and opinions and performing it in a creative and transformative fashion for viewers to enjoy.
3. Record gameplay until there is enough interesting footage to use for the background
4. Throw the gameplay in the editing software and then begin typing up the captions, cutting/trimming the voice acting, adding SFX, color correction, removing/adding clips, etc.
5. Final review of the video, if video is not up to the quality desired for this channel. Either go back into the editing software, re-record some lines, change opinions/commentaries.

this remind me of a case in Texas a girl at a bar showed a ID to him and he thought she was legal, after a one night stand she said she was actually underage, and said since he wouldn't date her she then tell everyone they had sex, he got arrested and even admitted to everything about fake ID and admitted to the somewhat blackmail in open court yet guy got 30 yrs in prison but was about to appeal and got out in 2yrs and successful sued the state

I can say that it wasn't really the guy's fault.

Yeah but unfortunately he is S.O.L either way. Even though he is deceived, the law will screw him.

Not defending pedophilia, but I think there should be a distinguish between when there was a genuine and understanable mistake of thinking someone was 18+ and it would otherwise be consentual if age wasnt involved, and someone comitting a horrible crime knowing full well what theyre doing. NTA and that really surprised me

She looked of age, was at the college for whatever reasons, attended college parties, and she CONSENTED! How is he supposed to know she wasn't of age? This isn't the only time this has happened to guys. One case in NY, the mother and the daughter want a man to be set free for statutory rape because she looked so much like a cousin who was legal, took her cousin's ID, got into a 21+ club, and went with the guy and got intimate. He went to jail, even though the mother and the girl don't think he should. For all intents a purposes, it would be normal to believe she is of age, seeing she was in a place that required ID to prove being 21+. This is where laws that are supposed to protect young children punish someone not at fault. I mean, what's a guy supposed to do in this situation? Get dental records to determine age? Call her family to verify?
