Good on OP to back away from the friend. She sounded like a homewrecker in the making. The fact she never apologized to OP over her comment is enough proof that it is too risky to be alone with her.
Idk what anyone says, but Honestly, op is the only sane one here. Both Emily and Leslie are weird asf. That’s not just normal helping, they clearly are pathologically attached to each other, which some may find very endearing and all, but for me, it sounded toxic on both their ends, Emily offering up op like meat and Leslie using these both people.
She wants to break them up, so she can have her friend for herself.
both Emily and Leslie are too overdependent its really unsettling and unnerving tbh, also Leslie need serious help and is gonna become a homeweaker if she doesn't get it, also btw I find its really weird that Leslie didn't even say 'oh op this is inapporiate, your married to my good friend and I feel uncomfortable' but rather I am not looking for a boyfriend, like what would of happened if she was looking for a boyfriend? would she of pursued the op think that's his help was advancements towards her?. they need to do major distant in order for there to be no misunderstand or accusations of infidentity in the future.
I’d bet Emily is making you do this so she can use it as evidence in case you get a divorce boom he’s a cheater!!
Best solution would be if OP tells Leslie that he helped her just like he would have helped if he had his sister in such difficult situation. he looks at her like a sister. :D
