Aerial Yoga Low Hammock Class | 6 Restorative Poses to Relax the Body

Today you’ll be going through 6 poses that help to relieve tension in the shoulders, hips, and lower back, plus increase your parasympathetic nervous system, allowing you to relax, unwind and feel refreshed for the rest of your day. You’ll be using a low hammock setting for this class.
1. Heart Opener - to relieve tight shoulders
2. Inverted Goddess - to relieve lower back tension
3. Inverted Dancer Variation - to build energy
4. Psoas Stretch - to relieve hip and lower back tension
5. Plough - to relieve tension all through the backline of the body, build energy and calm the nervous system

    These are great classes to do in afternoon. Nice mid day break. I particularly loved #3 My low back and SI can get buggy and these poses help release the tension. Thanks Jess.
