Nah Luke Caraccioli was actually pretty good. Planets was a very underrated album. Not the best Adema ever had, but definitely full of great tracks

I actually like this song, out of all the Adema Albums, Planets has the most tracks that I like: Tornado, Sevenfold, Planets & until now.But my Fav Adema track is All these years off the Kill the Headlights album, As it pretty much sums up a lot of the people I've met over the years.

Ok guys I know that this song doesn't sound like Adema, but you can't just hate them because Mark is gone, this is still a really good song.

I remember listening to this when it came out and being all like "DIS AIN'T MARK LOLOLO SO BAD". Now I listen to it and realize it was as freaking good as ever. This guy's legit. Can't believe I was such an arse.

I think he was just missing that certain darkness that Mark brought in his voice. But I jammed out to this album a lot growing up. Such a great album!

this is epic, and yes people, this is adema after Mark left. but then he came back and left again, so the vocals duty was given to bassist and guitarist.

I first heard Adema on Greg Hastings Tournament Paintball Max'd.. I wish they made more albums with Nick Forcillo as lead singer.

This is one reason I've been pissed mark never came back because the band is really solid and talented

It says published March 30th 2012. It looks like its fresh from the 90's.

Now that the original band is back together after 13 years, my childhood dream has come true. Adema was one of the first bands I ever fell in love with as a younger teenager. When Marky left in 2003 I was so upset. Luke was pretty decent, and the guys created an album with a sound and atmosphere that fit his voice, but Luke was a serious diva and treated the guys like shit. Kill the Headlights was fantastic and if Bobby Reeves had stayed I would have been happy. Thankfully he left on good terms and I hope maybe one day Marky can do a remaster of Planets and Kill the Headlights.

I don't think Mark will ever do a remaster of the albums he didnt participated. And I think he didnt need to. Bands need to go through phases. And Planets and Kill the Headlights were a phase of Adema. A phase which someone new came and gave some contribution (Luke in this case). Now its time to move on and create a new thing.

That's because video upload dates don't determine when the music video was made all the time.

It's like no one here realizes this song is from 2005 or that they put out a newer album (in '07) with a new singer, then had Mark re-join before ultimately having their guitarist take over vocal duties

It does grow on you. I'll probably get this album for the sake of completion. 'Kill The Headlights' with Bobby Reeves is damn good. A sincere attempt to keep nu metal alive in 2007.

I actually liked "Kill The Headlights" a lot more than "Planets." Bobby Reeves was a stronger and more versatile vocalist, the instrumental arrangements were catchier and more diverse, and the production quality was a lot more crisp and punchy.

@@christopherregan1654​I disagree on all those points lol, Bobby & Ed basically took level demos that they had already put out, rehashed them & made them “Adema” songs without changing much, that’s most of Kill the Headlights, not bad but definitely not Adema. The few demos they put out before the album were actually new & sounded far more like Adema than most of that album. Tho, Bobby unfortunately was a disaster live too. Planets was Adema at their creative peak, they spoke about being pressured into the nu metal sound from their old label & finally being able to have full creative freedom with Luke & a new record deal. As a singer, based on talent, out of the studio, he sounded the best live. His lyricism is more complex & varied. The band sounds like themselves, those are distinctly Tim’s riffs, Kris goes harder than ever, & Dave is as good as ever. Their peak era in my opinion & the album that aged the best

Same here, all I've ever been able to find about luke leaving is personal reasons and something about falling out with the band, specifically with dave. But I've never been able to find anymore details about his departure.

At least Adema managed to get three official releases with the old members. Drowning Pool only got one.

people preferring Marky to this lead singer, is just like the thing with Van Halen for years. Some prefer David Lee Roth vs Sammy Hagar. Both are still Van Halen, but some don't think so. To me Marky was the best. And while this guy can sing, its not the sound I associate with the name Adema. :)

I feel bad for the rest of the band that had to put up with this after Mark left...

I suppose Luke wasn't a fit because Planets lyrics are fairly introspective, versus the mindless numetal that was put out by past albums. Everyone has their preferences.
